Organizational Behavior: Final Report Guideline

Please select one company and draft a final report by answering the questions below. Please use theory and
concepts outlined in the textbook and also evidence from published journal articles, books or report to
support your argument.

The final report should be around 10-12 pages in length, double spaced and referenced. It should include: 1)
A cover page with the title, your name and student number, 2) Table of content and 3) Reference section.
The final report is due on Monday, December 14 and sent by email to me uicholk@yahoo.com.

For each of the following company discuss:

1. Discuss the vision, mission and values of the company.


2. Describe the organizational structure, strategy and culture of the company.
3. Discuss the business model: Product development, marketing, innovation and customer satisfaction.
4. Describe the leadership style and the type of individuals who succeed in the company.
5. Discuss the HR practices: Salary, benefits, employee evaluation, promotion and talent development.
6. Discuss corporate social responsibility, governance, business ethic and sustainable development.
7. What are the organizational features that are critical to succeed in the industry and to become a
global leader?
