L. Assessment: Feedback to  Goal: ​My goal is to improve my habits and practices as they relate to 
Learners  providing feedback.
Action Plan: ​I will focus on providing specific feedback to individuals and to 
groups.  I will focus specifically on task and process as they relate to student 
work.  I will make it a point to develop “quick and quiet” feedback, as opposed 
to lengthy or public feedback.  Finally, I will work to prepare ahead of time 
using data from informal observations or formative assessments. 

E. Learning Targets and  Goal​: ​My goal is to improve the delivery of my learning 
Directions  targets during instruction.
 
Action Plan​:​ I will focus on presenting my learning targets 
at the beginning of the lesson. I will be sure to design 
lessons that align directly with my learning target. I will 
be sure to restate the learning target at the end of my 
lesson for students to assess their own learning.  
 

Q. Meets Deadlines and  Goal​: ​My goal is to improve my habits and practices as 
Obligations  they pertain to meeting deadlines and fulfilling 
obligations.
 
Action Plan​: ​I will complete all tasks and documents that need 
to be prepared at least 48 hours prior.​I will make sufficient 
time in my day to complete tasks and obligations in a 
timely manner. I will be sure to communicate if I am 
unable to meet an expected deadline or obligation. 
 

R. Preparation  Goal​: ​My goal is to improve my habits and practices as it 

pertains to my preparation for instruction. 
 
Action Plan​:​ I will prepare my lesson and materials at 
least 48 hours before the deadline. I will review any 
digital tools or resources to insure they are working and 
age appropriate. I will troubleshoot all devices being used 
to insure they are functional.
