MINI PROJECT: OSH IMPLEMENTATION AT INDUSTRY


OBJECTIVES:

MINI PROJECT GUIDELINES

1. Each student needs to prepare a report on occupational safety and health


(OSH) implementation at the company that he/she engaged during industrial
session.
2. Students must obtain all the following information related to Part A, B, C, and
D as detailed in Table 1.
3. Provide evidence of your group works such as minute meeting, photo snap of
online meeting (google meet/ Facebook live/ skype / WhatsApp call, etc.)

Report
1. Prepare your report with the details of all the tasks. The report shall be
between 25-30 pages.
2. The report should include part A, B, C, and D as shown in Table 1.
3. The explanation should be supported with relevant technical
diagrams/drawings/ form
4. Provide suggestions on how to improve the Occupational Safety and Health at
the company.
5. Submit together with Turnitin similarity report

Presentation:
1. Student are required to record the presentation with utilizing the ICT
Technology. The duration for the presentation is about 5minutes.

isolation /production shut-down/ re-route operation, forensic
investigation, reporting, compensation and insurance claim)
