Dear Mam/Sir:

Greetings from CASTEN SECURITY AGENCY.

We would like to inform you that due to the recent rising costs of doing business, we also have not been
able to escape those same escalating costs. So it is very necessary at this time to slightly increase the
monthly fee from ₱14,000.00 to ₱18,000.00. This will enable us to continue providing you with the very
best first-class service as always. Your new adjustment will go into effect on September 1, 2017.

Herewith is our adjustment for Security Guards rendering 12 hours of work. The adjustment in our
billing rate is illustrated below:

Please note that our proposal also includes Pag-Ibig (HDMF), Philhealth Contributions and SSS Premium
which is a benefit requirement of Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

Overtime will be ₱31.94 per hour times 125% (₱39.92), exclusive of 12% VAT. The above billing rates
refers to ordinary working days. For Special Holidays, the daily rate shall be 130% (₱498.33) of the
billing rate for such ordinary working days. For Regular/Legal Holidays, the daily billing rate shall be
200% (₱766.66) thereof.

If hired through Casten Security Agency, persons whom it shall be assigned shall solely and exclusively
be CSA employees. Accordingly, none of the benefits provided by client to its employees are available to
the CSA employees and CSA will comply with all existing, as well as future laws, rules and regulations
pertinent to employment of labor, particularly to persons assigned by CSA to its clients.

CSA will provide a Daily Time Record for the employees with which we will base the employees’ payroll
on an agreed cut-off period. A duly-authorized supervisor of client should certify the employees’ daily
time record every cut-off period.

Alliance Auto & Truck Rebuilders Inc. is kindly requested to pay Casten Security Agency within seven
(7) working days upon receipt of billing invoices.
