Vision
• I am building a shelter animal advertisement business.
• This business will have grown within 3 years due to dedication.
• Clients will be animal shelters seeking glamor shots and advertisement videos
to get their animals adopted.
• I plan on partnering with a marketing expert.

Business Overview
• The target market is local animal shelters seeking help getting their animals
adopted.
• I specialize in photography, but I also do short commercials, posters, and flyers
of specific animals within a shelter.
• This unique market dose not have another company like mine that caters directly
to their advertising needs.
• I will work out of a home studio as well as travel to the shelters, it will depend on
what the client’s vision is.

Pricing Strategy
• There will only be 2 packages, the first one costing clients about $425, and the
second about $545.
- The first one will include a 60 minuet photo session at the clients location of
choice for $175. The photos will be edited and added to a flyer, the client
will get 100 copies of this flyer, and one digital copy for use on their website
or social media for $250.
- The second one will include a 30 minute photo session and a 30 minute video
shoot at the clients location of choice for $220. Both photos and the video will
be edited as advertisements and the client will get 100 printed copies of the
photo advertisements, and one digital copy along with the video for use on
their website or social media for $325.
• I feel these are reasonable prices to start off with and for the amount of work I
will be doing for the clients, as the business expends the prices may lower.

Advertising and Promotion


• Perfect Pet Promotions will begin advertising by creating flyers and business
cards to email or hand out to animal shelters in the area.
• I will expand my promotion to social media advertisements, including creating
social media accounts for the business.
Start Up Cost
• Total of about $6,200-$9,200
- About $200 for travel
- About $5,000-$8,000 for backup equipment and maintenance
- Minimum of about $1,000 for printed advertisements
- No rent costs included because at the start of the business my home
studio will in my parents house.

Growth Plan
• In a year I expect to expand the region of my business.
• Then I plan to higher a second photographer.
• By the third year we should be able to start renting studio space.
• By the fifth year I expect to have added a few more employees.
