PLP provides high quality and reliable solar roof racking and fitting system. The preassembled, lightweight
components are intended to reduce installation time and labor requirements. The design also features high strength,

4. Delivery Time
Customer to check lead time at the date of placing order. Normal lead time for 5 MW will be 6-8 weeks after PO
and down payment received. Shorter lead time will be negotiable and depend on capacity work load. Partial
shipment is applicable.

5. Term of Price
DAP at site in Thailand. The Value Added Tax is NOT included in this price.

6. Term of Payment
Payment term: Min. advance payment 20%, the balance of order will be paid with PDC 30 days before each
shipment.

7. Products Limited Warranty

Preformed Line Products (Thailand) Co., Ltd, who is a manufacturer of Solar Structure for PV Panels and related
accessories, hereby warrants that its solar structure products shall be free from defects in materials and
workmanship under normal and proper usage for a period of ten (10) years from the date of delivery by PLP

The sole remedy shall be repair or replace, at PLP’s sole option, any PLP product which proves to be defective
within such warranty period. This warranty shall not apply if the PLP product has been damaged by unreasonable
use, accident, negligence, service or modification by anyone other than PLP, or by any other cause unrelated to
materials and workmanship. This Warranty does not cover damage to the Product that occurs during its shipment,
storage, or installation or installation of the Product is not performed in accordance with PLP’s written installation
instructions, or if the Product has been modified, repaired, or reworked in a manner not previously authorized by
PLP IN WRITING, or if the Product is installed in an environment for which it was not designed. Under no
circumstances shall PLP be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages arising out of or related to use by
Purchaser of the Product.

In addition, the limited warranties do not apply to any cosmetic change in appearance stemming from the normal
wear and tear over time of product materials. Warranty claims will not apply if the product label, type or serial
number of the applicable product has been altered, removed or made illegible.

No product will be returned to PLP without its prior Return Authorization (RA) and the original purchase receipt as
proof of purchase. To receive in-warranty service, PLP must receive the product within the warranty period, and
accompanied by proof of purchase and an RA number.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR
OTHERWISE ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW, TRADE, USAGE OR COURSE OF DEALING, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PLP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, NOR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL PLP BE
LIABLE FOR DAMAGES BEYOND THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT PURCHASED BY PURCHASER, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, IN
TORT OR UNDER ANY WARRANTY OR OTHER USE, AND WHETHER OR NOT SAID LOSS, COST, PENALTY OR DAMAGE WAS
REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.

8. Validity
The proposal is valid for 60 days and subject to volume 5 MW.
