as the province of Abra gets national recognition for providing educational opportunities especially in
higher education. Its educational sphere included all types of people, young and old, rich and poor rural
and urban.

MISSION
The Abra Valley Colleges was established to provide a wide range of general education programs
together with professional areas of study for the development of young men and women who lend the
province towards the attainment of an enlightened prosperous and self-propelled, civic conscious
society.

The course deals with the study of the application which consist of those engineers are
often faced with different challenges in making solution for the environment impact of
different structures that will depend on the individual accomplishments of subordinates. It
also covers the application and techniques to solve the global environmental impact of the
structures.

At the end of the course, the student should be able:
