Project:

I worked on a Project that deals with parameters that influence the Material Removal rate
and Surface Roughness of Aluminum specimen, optimum parameters are obtained by
response surface methodology and artificial neural networks by using these methods we
attained parameters that result in Maximum rate of Material Removal and Minimum Surface
Roughness.

Internship:

Summer Internship in Maruti Suzuki India limited Gurgaon.

I was given an opportunity to learn process governing the Assembly shop in which there are
two sections Trim section and Chassis section, where the chassis after the paint job through
over head conveyors enters the subsequent processes which include the dashboard assembly
and engine mounting into chassis and various jigs and fixtures in assembly, apart from these
operations I learned the welding processes and paint job and I was given hands on practice
for effective learning of Assembly operations in Trainers section where Technicians are
trained.

Summer Internship in Delta Paper Mills Ltd- Vendra

Learned how an Atmospheric Fluidized Bed Combustion boiler works and did a detailed
study of various parts and functions of boiler unit.

Extra-Curricular Activities:

• Student chapter member of "American Society of Mechanical Engineering"

• Organized Technical event : Robo Golf, Jahaaz which required customized tracks and
we worked on various methods to design the best of tracks.
• Participated in a 3-Day National level Tech fest Ekathra and Vivaan Built a Rover
that can accommodate both Pick and place operation and Dynamics to race through an
all terrain track.
• Participated in a 2-Day Workshop-"Computerized Fluid dynamics in Hypermesh".
• Member "Society of Automobile Engineering (SAE)".
• Participated in a 1-Day Workshop "Inspire to Innovate" conducted by G.V.P.College
of Engineering.

• Represented my college in Football in the Zonal competitions in two consecutive
years the journey has been a positive one and we expressed ourselves with true
sportsman spirit.
