Intéressement premium
Important information
The performance achieved in 2020's fiscal year allows for the payment of an
“intéressement” premium of 175 euros*. Eligible Cast Members must notify
BNP Paribas Épargne et Retraite Entreprises of their choice of payment before
December 15, 2020.
In addition to the compensation policy and associating all Cast Members with the company's collective
performance, an “intéressement” premium agreement was signed on March 9, 2020, for a period of three years.
This agreement is based on the achievement of financial and/or guest satisfaction objectives. For the 2020 fiscal
year, this satisfaction rate is 72% and allows the payment of an “intéressement” premium to be triggered.
Eligible Cast Members will receive an email from BNP Paribas Épargne et Retraite Entreprises with an information
sheet on December 1, 2020. This sheet will present the amount of the premium that each eligible Cast Member will
receive and the list of payment methods offered.
Cast Members will then have until December 15, 2020, to make their preferences known to BNP Paribas Épargne et
Retraite Entreprises. If no preference is shared, the amount of the premium will be allocated to the company savings
plan (money market fund).
All of these schemes concern employees of Euro Disney Associés S.A.S, ED Spectacles S.A.R.L., SETEMO
Imagineering S.A.R.L., and EURO DISNEYLAND Imagineering S.A.R.L.

1 Details

1 Who can benefit from it?

All Cast Members are included in this agreement (permanent contracts, fixed-
term contracts, casual entertainment workers, and apprentices included) on the
condition that they have at least three months seniority at the end of the fiscal
year in question (September 30, 2020).

2 How is this “intéressement” premium

calculated?
The “intéressement” premium is a single amount regardless of the level of
remuneration. It is calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the time worked
and the contractual working hours. Payment is conditional on the achievement of
performance objectives. Its amount is therefore random and cannot be
considered as vested.

3 What is the “intéressement” premium

agreement?
The full text of the agreement can be consulted on The Hub. An information
notice will be sent to all Cast Members on their electronic HR safe to present the
main provisions of the agreement on “intéressement” premium.

4 When can this premium be collected?

The “intéressement” premium for the 2020 financial year will be paid in a single
installment in January 2021, at the choice of the Cast Member.

5 How is the premium received?

Eligible Cast Members must express their choice(s) of payment to BNP Paribas
Épargne et Retraite Entreprises through their Personeo account before
December 15, 2020.

Cast Members who have never activated their Personeo account will receive
their login credentials on November 20, 2020, via their electronic HR safe. They
will have until November 26, 2020, to activate their Personeo account.

On December 1, 2020, BNP Paribas Épargne et Retraite Entreprises will send by

email to eligible Cast Members with an active Personeo account their
personalized information sheet.
Eligible Cast Members who have not activated their Personeo account will be
informed by Disneyland Paris via their electronic HR safe. They will then have to
return the completed selection form by post.

Cast Members will have to log into their Personeo account (or return the choice
form to BNP Paribas Épargne et Retraite Entreprises) to notify of the method(s) of
payment of the premium before December 15, 2020.

6 What are the payment methods offered?

Eligible Cast Members can distribute the amount of their premium according to
their wishes, between one or more of these payment methods:

- Monetization
- Conversion to the Time Savings Account (CET)
- Assignment to the company savings plan (PEE) or group retirement savings
plan (PERCO).

The amount received by Cast Members will be exempt from social security
contributions (excluding CSG and CRDS). It is also exempt from income tax if the
premium is paid into an employee savings plan (PEE, PERCO) or converted to
the CET.

If no choice is made before December 15, 2020, the premium will automatically
be allocated to the company savings plan (PEE).

7 What is the contribution in the case of

employee savings?
The employer's contribution is the sum paid by the company in addition to the
sums resulting from the voluntary payments made by the Cast Members and the
“intéressement” premium.
In the case of the company savings plan (PEE), the contribution increases from
30% to 35% of the sums paid from April 1, 2020, up to a maximum of 1,000 euros
per year per Cast Member, all payments combined.

With regard to the PERCO (collective retirement savings plan), the terms and
conditions for the employer's contribution are as follows as of April 1, 2020:
- from €1 to €800: matching contribution from 60% to 65%.
- more than 800 €: 30% to 35% matching contribution
and this, within the limit of a contribution of €1,000 per calendar year (from
January 1 to December 31) and per Cast Member, this envelope being common
to the PEE and the PERCO.

In the event of simultaneous payments by the Cast Member to the PEE and the
PERCO and if the common individual contribution envelope of €1,000 is reached,
the balance of the available contribution will be paid in priority to the PERCO.
