Discussion we had with Mr. Sunil Joshi explained to sir, regarding

minimum market requirement and requirement what we should aim for
1) Gas Regulator i.e. AC-5 and SG-10, OPSO 11-17mbar. Jetex regulator performance also
shown to sir. Sir has asked us to check one more regulator before
concluding on its performance.

Sir has reviewed all changes done on all. Regarding stopper mechanism
D53 1" x 150# and 300# valve he has asked us to cross check diaphragm un supported area.Optimum
2)
standrdisation Design should be done balancing both area un supported and stopper
should not touch top casing body.

3) 1" x 300# Sand casting Sir has appreciated the efforts and asked to prepare 3/4 " x 300#

newly developed vendor to avoid dependancy on single supplier.
Three components drawing I stage seat, II stage seat and adaptor (D53
valve) which have non standard sizes raw material discussed with sir
Mr. Kamats Struck points- with Mr. Kamat's concern. Sir has asked us to convert it to regular sizes
5)
Standard size raw material available with market and at the same time we need to check functional
and operational requirement. Sir also asked us to concedere such points
while designing future products.

EP-L series valves- M/s. Petrofac's requirement of rivetting flow direction discussed. Sir asked us
Petrofac to go for punching the symbols on flange and at the same time provision
for rivetting can be thought off.
6)

Other Points Discussed 1) High Pressur PCV1- Lupin std. PRS-Bolts calculation shown to sir. After
reviewing its found OK. 2)
DP-3000 valve Testing-- To measure the flow above 1000NM3/hr sir
gave the idea of connecting flow meter before ball valve. In such cases
as set pressure is 4kg/cm2g, flow meter will able to give flow upto
4000Nm3/hr.
3)Breather Valve -CMRI certification as per API 2000 for flow needs to
7) be done for EIL approval. Sir asked us to give requirement to CMRI and
get quotation from them.
