Introduce the PDP setting:

To be a successful teacher in your professional life, you always have to develop yourself and your skills to achieve greater success. The
successful teacher begins by setting goals for her development in herself. Professional development plan (PDP) “mean is documenting the goals,
required skill and competency development, and objectives a staff member will need to accomplish in order to support continuous improvement
and career development”[ CITATION nnnn \l 1033 ]. In the educational journey, PDP should set by the teacher to target specific areas of
improvement. And the best solution is to implement PDP in sufficient time throughout the whole year. This will save the teacher time and effort
to implement the specified effective strategies identified in PDP. For example, Joint work and the exchange of ideas between students and the
teacher helps in confronting the teaching of learning when learning among students. Without trading there, a set of educational and professional
goals works with the tools and resources necessary to achieve them in professional and educational development. As a teacher, I have to create
an appropriate and effective atmosphere in the classroom, where I can achieve the highest success in raising the levels of students' educational
skills. The teacher is responsible for the method of communicating information to the student in an effective and successful manner.

Justify your professional development goals for this semester.

I have written this professional development plan to helps me to develop my skills as a teacher. I write three goals that I want to be achieved.
First, I developed these recommendations and made me creative in correcting my mistakes. Second, I have learned how to prepare different
activities and how to be confident of myself and how to deal with the levels of students, which helped me to achieve my goals and development
from them. Third, I need to develop my skill improve using technology, finally, I conduct students' sense of engagement, it shows a different
development. These recommendations made me truly a teacher.

Reflection:
This strategy enhances the student’s social skill and helps exchange information. It is actually successful with all levels
of students.

I applied this strategy in the third grade in math class, in several parts of the lesson. Firstly,

I have prepared some questions that can encourage the student to think, speak and express opinions.

I used it at the beginning of the lesson as a discussion tool, as a reflection for the lesson, and as a reminder of the last
lesson.

In addition, I used the same method at the end of the lesson to discuss students' understanding of the lesson.
This strategy was used by the TEAMS program, as it allows students and teachers to participate via audio and video.

So, after using this strategy, I noticed that the students became more motivated and engaged than before.

Reflec
tion: Help to develop the student’s skill by using technology and engage students with online tools that will help them on future work
life. I applied this strategy in the third grade in math class, in several parts of the lesson. Firstly, I prepared a lesson plan and
divided it into three parts: Introduction, Activity, and Closing. For each part, a method of technology was used. Second, in the
lesson presentation, I used Power point program and YouTube as an introduction to the lesson, and the students were
participating enthusiastically and effectively. In the activity and closure part, I used the quizzez program to train the students on
math problems in a fun and new way. So, after using this strategy, I noticed that the students became more motivated and
engaged than before. In addition, these tools eased the teacher's time and effort, and achieved a lot of success for the student and
the teacher as well.

 Reflection
:
Group work can make the learning to be higher efficiency and develop students’ skills. Also, it helps students learn in an open
atmosphere. In addition, they will carry out active exchanges of information and knowledge. In the beginning, I prepared the
activities by using many tools such as PowerPoint, TEMES and quizzez. Usually this strategy is used in the activities and
closing part. Because there is extra time or the students have finished early. So, after using this strategy, I noticed that the
students became more motivated and engaged than before. In addition, these tools eased the teacher's time and effort, and
achieved a lot of success for the student and the teacher as well. This helps the students to train more in solving problems and
using time, and it also helps the teacher in organizing the classroom.

Will achieve the lesson successfully. First, I prepared the lesson plan, and divided the lesson into several parts.

Again, I set the appropriate times for each part. The lesson is 45 minutes and I divided it into four parts.

The introduction is 15 minutes, activities 20, closing 5 and quiz 5. When implementing this strategy,

I used two tools, which are the phone alarm and the activity alarm quizzez. In addition to many additional activities
