How do I use my personal qualities to become a good

As a prospective teacher, I am going to use my personal qualities to become a good teacher by
applying all of the acquired and learned techniques, strategies, methods, and approaches to my
teachings. All the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values I have will be reflected on my teachings
as well as in dealings with my future students.
I will also be an emphatic teacher someday so that I can be able to understand my students e.g.
their levels of learning’s and their skills and values. For I do believe that a teacher does not focus
on teaching the knowledge and skills rather instilling values as well in molding the young minds
and hearts

I myself have the quality of innovating imaginations and creating a better idea on how I
could inculcate full knowledge to our future students. I will give my students not only
knowledge came from books but also through their experiences because I truly
believed that experience is the best teacher. I am also compassionate and fair to each and
every one of my students because it is important that we would also care, give
concerns and become open of what they also want to share.
Lastly, most of what we observed in a classroom is the different attitude of the
students. Noisiness, naughtiness, wildness and etc., are the most common behaviors of the
students that other teachers cannot take. It needs a very long patience for us the
teachers in order to handle a large number of students in a classroom. It is quite so hard but
as a teacher, this hardship will be over if we would become passionate to our
profession.

qualities to make him/her a good teacher? Write at least two

The teacher utilizes her personal qualities to make her a good teacher by giving her students a
fair share in the teaching - learning process. She accepts her student’s ideas, opinions and
concepts about the lessons.
The teacher as well share her own experiences to the students not to boast herself rather to
serves as an inspiration to them that in every walk of life there are always difficulties and
struggles, we encounter in our ways to success and better life we aimed for. The essence of them
all, the lessons and learning s you pick that makes a better and mature you.
Having many experienced can enhanced teacher’s ability in teaching. She/he is able to r e a c t i n
a different manner. She/he knows how to handle a different situation in a
classroom. She/he is able to interact effectively on the different learners.
Because of those experienced, she/he is now effective enough for the teaching/ learning
process in the classroom. She/he is now more knowledgeable, and able to share
those experiences for the learning to become more interesting.
