Project Title: OPLAN TUTOK BASA
Problem Statement: The adviser wants to identify the root causes of low English literacy level of Grade 3 pupils.
Project Objective Statement: Improved the comprehension skills and reading level of Grade 3 pupils and maintain zero non-
