Each person has different definition of successful.By setting goals , it will lead us to success.
Once a person knows their strengths and also weaknesses, they can accomplish their goal easily.
Career that I'm thinking after I graduate from school will be an accountant. I've know my
strengths and also my weaknesses . My strengths will be financial analysis and accounting in
decision making and I am really poor in languange. Accountants need to make sure all the
records are correct and all the taxes are accurate. Accountants perform an overview for financial
operation to ensure the business run efficiently.

My expectation for this unit will be improve my skills of managing business and also understand
what business wants. Besides that , by studying this unit, it will help us to know how importance
when there is a team. It will make our business become more effectiveness without putting extra
forces. This unit will improve our creative abilities by learning about things outside our
specialty. By studying this unit , I can know how to manage a business properly and it help the
business to earn more profit also performs the financial reports in order to run the business
efficiently.

Part B

During the workshop, we answered a quiz that tells which roles should we are play in a team. My
result shows that I’m a thinker. Groups formed based on our results. Different person plays
different roles in the group. Team training involve workshop-style.(McEvan,D 2017).
The main reason we formed a group is because we need to have the experience by working in a
team with different role of students. Beside that, we also need to learn how to work with
‘strangers’ as in the future we might work in a team with anyone else that we do not really know.
By having team work , it will cause our job become more effectiveness as work in team will lead
us to a higher job satisfaction. (William,C,McWilliams,A & Lawrence, R 2017).
Next, I can cleary know which type of roles suit me. This is because the formation of teams are
fair enough as different people plays different roles that can benefit the team.
Last but not least , I will work really hard as a thinker to ensure my team will complete our
activity smoothly. besides that, I can also know about my disability and find a way to improve it.
