AUDIT:
To conduct an Audit or examination/inspection of various books of
accounts with physical checking of documents to make sure that all departments
are following documented system of recording transactions. To ascertain the
accuracy of financial statements of the association and to ensure that all books of
accounts are done in a fair manner and there is no misrepresentation or fraud
that is being conducted.
GENERAL MEETING:
To execute the GENERAL MEETING that should be called upon by the Board
of Trustee of Fini Homes Condominium Association Inc. this coming July 31, 2020.
According to the by-laws, the Annual Meeting of the members shall be held at the
principal office on the last day of July of each year.
LAW SUIT:
To hire a lawyer to handle cases for violation of rights of Unit Owners (1)
for not holding a general meeting, no election has been done, non-presentation
of the Financial Statement in public or in bulletin boards for eleven (11) years
now; (2) to examine the books of accounts of the Association; (3) to pursue a
law suit if there was a fraud being conducted.
COMMITTEE BODY:
It is very important to a community or association to establish a Committee
Body that will protect the best interest and welfare of the Community. The
Committee Body shall guarantee the transparency of the Financial Status of the
Association to all Unit Owners. THIS IS A MUST TO DO!
ASSESSMENT:
The OVERCHARGED MONTHLY DUES, MEMBERSHIP FEES, and PARKING
DUES, including interest and penalties are to be assessed and regulated to the
best interest and welfare of the Unit Owners.

RIGHTS OF A MEMBER OF THE ASSOCIATION:
(a) to avail of and enjoy all basic community services and the use of
common areas and facilities;
(b) to inspect association books and records during office hours and to be
provided upon request with annual reports, including financial statements;
(c) to participate, vote and be eligible for any elective or appointive office of
the association subject to the qualifications as provided for in the bylaws;
(f) to enjoy all other rights as may be provided for in the association bylaws.
