Interpret your data:

1. Based on the data presented the highest frequency of 7 or the relative frequency of 35%
out of 20 respondents belongs to the age group of 37-43.
2. The findings shows that 30% of the DWCSJ-SHS Personnel belongs to the millenials or
age group of 23-29 who tends to be adaptable, tech-savvy and place a higher value on
work-life balance.
3. Age group of 51-57 the baby boomers in which they need to be flexible with their
younger co-employees gained 15% of relative frequency and has 3 responses out of 20
respondents.
4. Relative frequency of 10% belongs to the age group of 30-36 and 44-50, they are the
generation X and generation Y who needs to use their enthusiasm for change and
streamlining to their advantage.
5. The data shows that majority of the Divine Word College of San Jose-Senior High
School Department personnel belongs to the age group of 37-43, in which they tend to be
flexible and good at collaboration and they also have the big impact on their co-
employees in giving positive feedbacks. However, the least number of personnel belongs
to age group of 30-36 and 44-50 they both have the relative frequency of 10% of 20
respondents.

11.52. This shows that the personnel in the department belongs to the different
generations and ages.

The data shows that the average age of the personnel in DWCSJ-SHS Department
belongs to the age group of 37-43.
