Leadership Style Survey

         
1. I always retain the final decision making authority within 5 4 3 2 1
my department or team.

determining what to do and how to do it. However, I
maintain the final decision making authority.

Conclusion:
Therefore, I conclude that my style of leadership is participative or democratic.
Based from the total scores in each column, the highest number is 44 which is the
participative style. Next to it is the delegative style with a total score of 39. Lastly, the
least style of leadership I use is the authoritarian style or autocratic, with a total score of
32.
