Dear Residents,
This is to inform you that the maintenance charges for quarter of October - December’2020 have now
become due. You are requested to pl. pay your Running maintenance charges as per below:
A) Maintenance charges @ Rs.1.98 per sq.ft. + 18% GST.
B) MMC of FTTH charges @Rs.50/- per flat /Month for Radius & Rs. 100/- for Paramatrique /
Month + 18% GST.
C) MMC of Prepaid energy management system @ Rs. 73.50/- per month + 18% GST.
D) The Common area electricity charges of Rs. 0.20 per sq. ft. per flat per month will be deducted
from prepaid meter of every resident on monthly basis on every 27th of the month.
