About
This application is supposed to provide inter-city taxi booking service to the customers and
allotment of booking to the drivers depending on their location according to the dynamic prices.
Prices are manually controlled and booking allotment needs to have both manual and automatic
allocation. Account management of customers and drivers which includes their booking
information along with payments information.

Customer Portal
Home Page
Home page would have following options:

1) One-way taxi
2) Round trip
3) Airport
4) Rental

In all these options there would be option to search taxi according to location, date, and time then
there would be filters for type of car (hatchback, sedan, SUV). Result would be available showing
list of taxis available along with the photo, prices, and customer ratings.

All these options would show taxi available for respective categories.

Booking confirmation page

Customers have to entre his/her details like name, phone number, age, gender if they are not
already provided by the customer. Selection of payment method i.e. UPI, credit/debit cart, Cash.

Payment Page
Payment processing if customer have chosen to pay online and confirm booking.
Menu
My profile
My profile includes customer details such as name, age, gender, phone number, email address.

My bookings
My booking page would have to tabs one for completed trips other for active trips showing list of
bookings under each section.

Contact us
Contact us page will show options to call and email.

Become a partner
This page will take the customer to the driver signup page.

Notifications
After every trip customer would receive notification in notification bar and next time when opens
app for the feedback.

Notifications for offers.

Partner/Driver Portal
Drivers and vendors would have separate signup page as they would have to submit more
information such as vehicle information DL etc. and account would be activated by admin
verification.

At the end of the signup process they would have to pay some fee and security for the they would
be directed to payment portal.

Driver portal would have two options

1) Driver
2) Vendor

Both these options would have different category but same functionality except that vendor
can add car and drivers available with him in his profile. Adding car means providing all the
 information of vehicle and driver in the app. After that the driver and the vehicle which are
added by the vendor may login with the mobile number that was provided by the vendor while
adding the car.

This portal will show following options:

1) Available trips
2) Completed trips
3) Active Trips
4) Post trip

Available trips
a) Available trips page will show the bookings made by the customers to be accepted by the
driver showing the pickup and drop city along with the prices. (driver would also receive
priority notifications for accepting booking). Rest of the customer details would be shown
after the trip is accepted and 1 hr before pickup time. There would be option to accept the
trip.

This page by default will show booking available for pickup based on the driver location unless
driver chose manual pickup and drop location along with date and time filters.

Completed trips
This page would show the list of completed trips showing pickup and drop locations. Full trip
details open when clicked on trip. Full details include locations, price/rate, distance travelled, time
and date.

On completion of the trip driver will mark the trip completed and the message will appear showing
the amount of cash to collect if any.

Active trips
Active trips show the bookings that are not complete. Showing pickup and drop locations. Full trip
details open when clicked on trip. Full details include locations, price/rate, distance travelled time
date.

My account
My profile includes customer details such as name, age, gender, phone number, email address,
vehicle details including car type, registration number and RC.

My earnings
Shows the sum of all the earnings of the partner.

Contact us
Contact us page will show options to call and email.

Admin Portal
Admin portal will have all the controls for automatic and manual allocation of trips to the driver
including rate, etc. Access to add or remove locations for availability of taxi or adding some
message for a location for driver or customer such as non-availability, high demand or delay etc.

After the allocation of the driver, booking of the ride, completion of the trip, automatic message
would be sent to the customer and driver, which can be edited by admin.

All the earnings and palletise etc. data exportable as excel.
