I address you, by this means to make you know my offer with plena responsibility, in the terms and conditions
set out below:

Quantity Available for Sale 2.5 MT
Age Less than 5 years.
Minimum quantity for delivery: 50 Kg.
Location; Is Private Security Vault in Panama City, Republic of Panama.

It is available for sale, with all its source documents and regulatory media.

Price: London Bullion Market Association (LBMA). Second HOOD LONDON bag, the
day of the operation.
Discount: 10% Gross-Buyer: 7% Net discount to Buyer, commissions 3% per day of operation.
Sales Commission 1%
Purchase Fee 1%
Intermediation commission 1%.

Non-negotiable.

If you agree to the foregoing, you must submit:

§ Letter of Intent (LOI) to buy the product and provide proof of bank funds.
The Seller shall present: Certificate of Origin and/or Certificate of Ownership, marketing permits and/or export
permits.

Full satisfaction of the Certificates and evidence presented by Seller and Buyer, the contract of final sale and
Contract of Commissions (IMFPA) will be signed.

The Terms of Delivery and Payment will be defined by mutual agreement, the payment will be received by bank
transfer, to the bank that the seller stipulates convenient and, the payment method can be MT 799/BP

Upon successful completion of the sale, we can produce and deliver a minimum of 400 kilograms per
month, and therefore an extension of the contract for 12 months or more if necessary.

The Parties, seller, and buyer agree that the commissions indicated are compensation for the services
provided, and are guaranteed irrevocably and unconditionally during the commercial relationship
between the parties.

Likewise, the commission and fees shall be free from legal impediments and free from deductions,
excluding bank transfer fees, for this and all subsequent transactions between the Parties.

The commissioners assume for themselves, full binding effects and right to receive the payment as
commission according to the percentages that are in entered in the MFIPA.

Likewise, the parties may NOT excuse or exclude any of the commissioner's
term for the payment of the commission described above.
With nothing more to add, I subscribe, thanking you for your fine attention to the present, I look
forward to your considerations.
