 Introduction

In this document, the user manual of the information system for the Cañitas de Azúcar
microenterprise will be taught, so that users understand how it works and, above all,
how to use the system properly.
In this section you will find the start of the information system and also enter (previously
you must have registered).

 Enter your name or identification number.

 Select if it corresponds to a seller, storekeeper or
manager. (It must be clarified that each start will be
different).
 You must enter your password. (This must have a
series of characteristics to be accepted).
 Once you have entered the required data, you can enter
the system.
 Enter the customer registration module from the main menu.

In this section, you must carry out the proper registration of the client in order to obtain
data and / or disclose any promotional event in the Cañitas de Azúcar micro-company.

 Enter the full name of the client.

 Customer identification.
 Enter the customer's phone number.
 Enter the customer's email. (Notify via email promotions
of the store).
 Enter the customer's address in case they are required
to make shipments.
 Register customer or if you want to cancel the
registration.
 Enter the product entry module in the main menu.

In this section you must enter the products that will enter the Cañitas de Azúcar micro-
company, in order to have an order.

 On the date of entry, select the date of the invoice to which the
product is related on the calendar.
 Select the supplier of the product. If it is a new supplier, go to
the supplier registration menu and carry out the proper
registration with the data in the system.
 In the purchase order, enter the purchase order or order
generated by purchases, to have a better control in the follow-
up of your products.
 In the code box, type the code or reference with which the
product to be entered into the system is identified.
 In the description box, type the most relevant data for a better
identification of the product to be entered.
 In the quantity box, type the number of products that are listed
on the supplier's invoice.
 When the registration is finished in each of the boxes, click on
the SAVE button, if you need to change any data, click on the
EDIT button. (If authorized by the system administrator).
 Enter the inventory registration module from the main menu.

In this section you will find the inventory record in order to keep a product count and
also the reliability that our end customer will have.

 Select which inventory line to post.

 Select the calendar and enter the counting date that the
inventory was carried out.
 Enter the number of counts you made in the inventory record.
 Select the calendar and enter when the next count will be
made.
 Once you have registered all the required data, press save or if
you want to edit.
 Glossary:

Divulge: Make a fact, a news item, a language, a set of knowledge, etc., come to the
knowledge of many people.

Provider: It can be a person or a company that supplies other companies with stocks
and godos.

Reliability: Ability of an item to perform a required function, under established

conditions for a specified period of time.

Module: Element with its own function conceived to be able to be grouped in

different ways with other elements constituting a larger unit.
