Events and Instructions
April 13 Cap & Gown Delivery (must be paid in full); during lunch; Cafeteria
April 30 Junior/Senior Banquet
May 4 AP Calculus Exam, Room D108
May 4 Commencement Music Tryouts; 3:15 pm; Cafeteria; Application must be submitted to Mr. Shaeffer by 8:15 am
May 10 AP Government Exam, Room D108
May 11 AP English Exam, Room D108
May 19 Senior Chapel – 9:47-10:39 am; Cafeteria
~ do not have to wear school uniform but dress up – no jeans, etc.
Suggestion: women - dress, skirt, suit; men - dress pants, dress shirt and tie, sport coat
May 23 Last Day of Classes
~ last day to be in the halls
~ take home all books needed for finals and remove all personal articles from school
~ leave lockers clean and free of tape, trash, gum, etc.- fines will be levied
~ Mission Service Hours; fines; liens due
May 24-26 Final Exams, Room D108; activity dress

~ attendance required
Baccalaureate Practice – 1:00-3:00 pm; SouthBrook Christian Church
~ activity dress code – no shorts
~ women - bring the shoes you intend to wear to Baccalaureate
~ you must attend the entire practice in order to march in Baccalaureate and Commencement
~ PSEO conflicts? – see Mr. Shaeffer
May 29-June 3 Senior Trip
~ Depart: midnight Sunday night; Return:11:00pm Friday
June 5 Baccalaureate – 3:00 pm; SouthBrook Christian Church
~ report to the designated room at 2:30 pm sharp - late arrivals cause real difficulty, so please make it your
responsibility to be on time
~ women – remove your earrings or wear tiny studs; wear a white dress under your cap & gown; wear white shoes
~ men – be sure your hair is cut by today – your hair must meet handbook requirements in order for you to march; wear
a white shirt, dark tie and dark slacks under your cap & gown
June 6 Commencement Practice – 9:00 -11:00 am; Cedarville University
~ you must attend the entire practice in order to march
~ activity dress code – no shorts
~ women – bring the shoes you intend to wear tonight
~ men – be sure your hair is cut by today – your hair must meet handbook requirements in order for you to march
Commencement – 7:30 pm; Cedarville University
~ report to the Choir Room at 7:00 pm sharp - do not leave valuables in the Choir Room – give them to your parents
~ women – remove your earrings when wearing your cap & gown or wear tiny studs; wear a white dress & white shoes
~ men – wear a white shirt, dark tie and dark slacks

Diplomas will be withheld unless the following items are taken care of:
• All liens must be paid
• Mission Service Requirement must be completed
• All discipline must be served
