DQ-1: Why do organizations miss the point when they focus on surface level behaviors?

Solution-(1): Some of managers and leader were focus on the about surface level behaviors.
But sometimes that have some issues because part credibility gap can be a part that will make
care behaviors. On the other hand, some issues have and need to work cautiously. Some
managers and leader have to focus on the surface level behaviors and also on the other hand,
miss part could have the credibility to make these below are fair process and being focused
onto the other side can be considered. However, some managers and organizations are not
important to just miss, the researcher think they will. Sometimes, managers are low in
extraversion tend to be less inclined toward social interaction and have a less positive out
lock.

While also focusing on the surface level behaviors become another important part, to miss
notice credibility as they have often fail to consider the situations and the cognitive aspects of
leadership. Leadership from organization is much more than a few behaviors. It starts with an
internal process of perceptions that enable critical thought. True organization and leadership
development goes beyond the surface of behaviors and down into the belief and values
systems of individuals. Some organizations have research base and research oriented systems,
they have credibility in the long term is convenient or not should be considered for their
organizations.

It is focused on the surface level behavior a miss point having such organization not able to
find are the most of organization are more effectively. That his organization was willing to
care for the credibility gain. In addition, the surface level behaviors of the facts, which are

DQ-(2): What are the motivations of the people that you work with? (this is an exploratory
activity-learn about others strategically).

Solution-(2): Motivation is just like the pushing power in peoples to be continuous


interesting, working and complete to a tasks and responsibilities or to try an effort to get
successfully for organization’ objectives and goals. So every organization and communities
needs motivated persons for their businesses and groups to success in future. Main
responsibility is depends on organizations’ team leaders and managers, because of they can
handle to their lazy-staffs to become motivated persons by using strategically planning. The
extrinsic motivation can be seen as a form of manipulation and it make a codependence. But
always a challenge occurs, staffs needs additional extrinsic motivations to accomplish what
they should already be doing, so this is costly practice for organizations and groups.

The motivations of the people that we work with are job satisfaction and work-life balance.
They working so many working hours in their organization than their family. So they need to
satisfactions within organization, because of they are working with friends, juniors and
managers without family members. And next requirements is the work-life balance, they
don’t want to stay long time in their organization without family, because of they are not
robots, they want to feel family’ happiness and loves. For examples, they want to sleep,
eating, watching funny movies and sometimes playing with their family, so they want to stay
with real human life with their families. The motivation of peoples are not the same, some
need for money and some for satisfaction for their work, life and business.

In the future, one of the motivation will support for people, these are intrinsic motivations, it
will create self-control themselves and the leaders who will no need to control and
supervision from other persons and leaders with tighter budgets and high demand for
innovation, intrinsic motivation is a powerful tool. So the motivations is the very important
for people, it can creates success or fail in life. Motivations can occurs around 24 hours in a
people’ mind, so they need to sustain for long term and future because of it is the important to
success for everything.

DQ-(3): Since learning is a conscious action, what are some regular learning activities you
engage in and how do you incorporate that into your Being?
Solution-(3): Business or groups works to be made by social organizations and win well. The
researcher was given low activities include processing and organization, it is also a member
earning low to promote, and say congratulating for all members to success and incorporates
in groups activities. The researcher from within the organization to bring together all low to
incorporate parts stocks. Here are the researcher, head of the leading not working actively
guide lecture patiently, skill and staff giving better directions to get new ideas, and do not
take sufficiently lazy staff, to make, to motivate activities. It can creates best social
relationships by each other within organizations.

The researcher said about that learning motivation and threw on the past age. Since the
researcher don’t known about to learn how the motivation to do and do not let for self-
motivation. As a result, less access to senior studied and reply for junior workplace
motivation and neat to see and understand and actively involved in part given to cope with.
Thus, the motivation is the easy to understand and obtain in order to complete a business or
organization works involved in motivation and found important study .So motivation is the
best strategic for businesses to complete organization's goals and objectives among peoples
and members.

The fact that end, meaning of a person motivation to the ongoing suffering in his internal
feelings and attitude need to know first. So how to meet and change these people to better
performance, and what should become the means and motivation to be able to know. Normal
motivation and access key is the part of people's mind to be happy and refresh. Mainly on
people are differences and so that is need to turn. And then what is the interesting from their’
mind and try to turn again to include in organizations goals. And finally, his organization
wants, to reach the objective and aim of the firm. Such motivation by working through a
person from the organization's achievements and will be able to proceed to a study found.
