Under the instruction of my client Mr. Mohammad Habib s/o Mr. Mohammad
Nafees resident of H.No. 2/131 Khatakpura Siddiqui Farrukahbad U.P, I do
hereby serves you legal notice for infringement of intellectual property of my
client with the following contentions:-

1. That it came to the knowledge of my client that you are currently

engaged in duplicating the intellectual work of my client and thus
violating the intellectual right of my client.
2. That is my client has invented a technique of doing embroidery work
with the help of some easily available materials and the same technique
was applied for patent by my client to safeguard his interest under
Patent Act 1970 , in furtherance of this due to the novelty and
obviousness of client’s invention his application was accepted by
Controller General of Patent, Designs & Trade Mark and submitted for
examination under application no. 202011037938,docket number
90098, CBR number 29501 and finally is subjected to examination and
publication on 03-09-2020 thus granting de facto patent right to my
client over that process of pasting and doing embroidery work.
3. That my client has a reason to believe that you are using the same
technique to manufacture the embroidery work and procuring profit for
 yourself thus violating the intellectual right of my client and inflicting
legal injury on my client.
4. That my client hasn’t given you his consent whether express or implied
to use his invention for your personal purpose and earn money thus
you are violating the very essence of Patent laws and directives of
Patent office in this regard.
5. That through this notice my client has warn you to cease and desist the
activities of using my client’s technique of manufacturing the
embroidery work and abstain yourself from infringing the intellectual
right of my client in future.

If you fail to comply with the aforementioned demands within 15 days my

client will have no option left but to pursue all legal causes of action,
including but not limited to, the filing of a lawsuit to protect his interests
& a criminal complaint of intellectual property theft against you. We
remind you that this letter serves as a pre-suit notice for a lawsuit against
you and failing to correct will make you liable for any damages the court
determine my client have suffered as a result of your infringements
including any reasonable advocate’s fees.
