classify as the outline of topic. Besides that, Madam Norhidayu Md Yatim also consulted me
for a video approval that I had chose for this summary.

At the same time, I would like to thank my family for their morale support and
financial income throughout the weeks of this assignment been done by understanding my
learning situation and providing me strong internet connection.

ABSTRACT.
PC games, also known as a computer game which is a type of video game played on a
personal computer instead of a video game console or arcade machine. Gaming PC has its
own characteristics such as more diverse, user-determined gaming hardware and software
and normally greater capacity in input, video, and audio output.

INTRODUCTION.
The video that I have watched was created by a youtuber called PC Centric. PC Centric
known as a PC gamer and tech enthusiast that creates many videos about PC gaming and
reviews on varieties of PC gaming set. PC Centric real name is Marcus Cole, he lived in
Tonbridge, United Kingdom and he is 27 years old this year. He started his YouTube channel
on 2012, where he used to study at Portsmouth University and studied degree called web
technologies. He started to play PC gaming as a hobby, then he had an idea to share his
hobby to public and share his knowledge about PC gaming. At the beginning of the video, he
explains that he got sponsored by GIGABYTE which is the extreme water force
motherboard. The motherboard has a very cool feature such as the water cooler and the lights
that are coming from the motherboard. The lights can be changed into many colours such as
red, blue and even rainbow.

OBJECTIVES.

The purpose of this video is to show the instruction of setting up gaming PC step by step for
beginners to setup their PC correctly. It shows the easier ways to download Windows and any
drivers that should be in the PC. On the other hand, the video purposely created for the
gamers and for the people who wanted to start their career as a gamer. It also shows the best
components for the gaming PC as it is very important for the gaming performance and
quality. Moreover, this video also shows the viewers on how to run the gaming PC smoothly
without any lagging and troubleshoot on any software or drivers.

DISCUSSION.
PC Centric discusses the steps on setting up a new gaming PC or an old one for the viewers
especially the gamers. The first step is to plugged in the computer and make sure that
Windows are installed in the computer. If we do not have your Windows installed, we can
easily go to Microsoft website and download an ISO stick on a USB stick. Next, the
computer should be able to turn on and the screen will pop-ups with some basic information
such as new CPU installed. In the beginning of starting the computer the screen might appear
in a blurry look or the aspect ratio is not in good state. However, we need to install a load of
software in the computer to get the games on.

Step two, we need to download an internet hardware from other gadgets such as tablets or
laptops that can take a USB connection. After that, google the name of the motherboard
which is Z490 GTA Evo Racing Biostar head over to the support section or the download
section and there are different files. It got chipset driver that will get the motherboard
working in Windows the best that it possibly can and in the laptop, we can also see they got
onboard LAN which stands for on-board local area connection. The on-board LAN is the
ethernet and you need to download it and transfer into the USB stick.

Step three, we need to download the onboard audio also to make sure that the connections
work properly and we can hear all the subtle tones that will come out from the games. Then,
open up a folder called setup bd and it should say “install or update drivers for intel network
connections”. Select the word “okay” and wait for the computer to process the network
connection and then it should be connected to the net.

Step four, the computer is using GeForce RTX 2060 graphics card and we can type in RTX
2060 drivers and download the install file to get all of the drivers working. It is preferably to
use GeForce experience as it keeps all of the drivers up to date and it will automatically tell
us when there is a new driver. This is also enabling us to capture game clips, record
gameplay, and stream without any extra software.

Step five, we need to restart the computer, and the first thing we need to do is enable
something called XMP which is the intel extreme memory profile. It is very easy to enable, it
says XMP and we are going to turn that on to XMP Profile 1. Then, we should be able to save
and exit and just load back into Windows. Now, we need to press Contol+ Shift+ Escape, this
will bring up the task manager and go to options and select always. At the top, go over to
performance and we can see that the memory should be at its full speed and it will actually
help in any CPU dependent games.

Step six, we should install different game launchers which is steam.exe. While the steam.exe
is doing its thing, PC Centric explains about a few different tools that he put on his own
computer to make sure that everything in his PC is running properly and realistically. The
main two tools that he explains is having the fan control software for the motherboard so he
can get his computer to be as quiet as possible. Then, the other main tools are CPU
monitoring software in terms of both temperatures and clock speed. So, he opens up CPU-Z,
open up core temp and then get the task manager up to go to the performance section. That
will give us a full lowdown on everything the computer is doing. In the CPU caller, we can
go over to where it says bench and it says stress CPU. That is a very good way of just
checking your computer is essentially able to cope under those really high stressful situations.
When it comes to customizing your computer, one thing that we must do is to set some form
of custom fan profile to keep the computer running as quiet as possible but then maintaining
the temperatures keeping everything under check when the computer ramps up.

Step seven which is the final step, before we get into gaming, we need to get all of the
software that is needed for the full RGB lighting experience. He downloaded the crucial mod
software for the RGB modules that he has in his computer and he got the Racing GT Evo
application up to control all of the motherboard RGB. Then, we are able to select colour
theme for the motherboard such as red or rainbow.

RECOMMENDATION.

This video is highly recommended for a starter that wanted to be as a professional gamer. It is
also applying an easy way to present the instruction to the viewers. In addition, he mentioned
all the components that he is using throughout the video. Next, he also shows the step
properly and realistically makes the viewers understand all the steps. However, there are
some negativity that were found in this video which is the person in this video talked too fast
and it might make the viewers to repeat on his video frequently. On the other hand, he should
put on a label for all the components, drivers, software and hardware as it is easier for the
viewers to find.

CONCLUSION.

As shown, this video was about steps on setting up gaming PC for the beginners or even
intermediate. It shows that we can easily download any drivers and software by following the
instructions given. Moreover, we can easily learn from his channel on how to build a gaming
PC in his other videos. This instructional technology videos may be benefits to others that
would like to start gaming.
