How does this work?

Would you like help and support planning a tent camping trip with your friends or family? Our service
will provide you the following: booking your campsite, assist with planning, provide you with all the
camping gear needed, set up your campsite, pack up your campsite, and provide additional support if
needed.

How much does this cost?

Duration Price
One night $225
Two nights $400
Three nights $500
Four plus nights Contact for quote.
** Prices are flat fees, regardless of the number of campers per site. The maximum number of campers
per site is six.

Who uses this service?

-Most of our customers love the thought of tent camping with their friends or family but do not have the
experience or camping gear to confidently plan a trip. Booking with us will provide you with all the
support and gear needed to enjoy your trip.

-Some of our customers have the experience and gear to tent camp but prefer to let us deal with the
camp set up and camp clean up. This provides you more time to enjoy the outdoors with your friends
and family.

-We also have customers who choose to camp by themselves and unplug from the world for a couple
days. Hiring us provides them with an opportunity to camp and enjoy the outdoors with minimal
planning and stress.
Where!?

At this time, we are primarily offering this service at Lake Norman State Park (about 30 miles north of
Charlotte, NC right off I-77).

We can provide our service at other state parks in North Carolina; however, travel fees will apply.
Contact us if you are interested.

What will be at my campsite? Once you book, we will build the perfect campsite for you and your
party.

Shelter – Tents and Hammocks When you arrive, your tents and/or hammocks will
be set up.
*All tents will have air mattresses.
*Sleeping bags available for additional fee.

Kitchen – Cooking systems and cooking gear Available cooking systems:


*Numerous Iron skillets
*Charcoal grill
*Portable propane camping grill
*Propane burners.

Cooking gear:
*Cooking utensils (spatula, tongs, can opener, cutting
boards, etc.)
*Aluminum food containers
*Coolers (ice not included)
*Cups, plates, bowls and pans
*Miscellaneous box (spices, heat resistant gloves,
lighter, cooking oil, trash bags, etc.)
*Extra boxes for dry food storage.

Fire Box – each campsite will have a box that has Provided:

Essential Box – each campsite with have a box Flashlights, ponchos, stakes, hammer, lantern,

Do you provide extra support or activities?

Yes! Upon check in, our expert staff will be available to explain the use of the equipment, answer any
questions, and assist in any way needed.

Complimentary services:

*Meal planning – we help you pick out easy camping friendly meals your family will enjoy and build a
grocery list for you.

*Daily itinerary – we will help you build an itinerary of activities that will ensure everyone on your trip
has a great time. There are various recommended activities within the state park as well as the wider
Lake Norman community.

We offer various paid guided activities mentioned below. If you are interested in an activity you don’t
see here, ask us about it!

Yes, below is a chart of available rentals and outdoor classes we offer:

Kayak Rentals $20 per person (8 hours)
Guided Kayaking $30 per person (2 hours)
Tubes $25 per person (8 hours)

Fishing poles & equipment $30 (up to six people for the duration of trip)
Basic Fishing Class – learn the basics of fishing $25 per person (2-4 hours)

Basic Knot Tying Class – learn five basic knots and $30 per person (2-3 hours)

Basic Land Navigation / Orienteering Class – $75 per person (2-4 hours)

Are you affiliated with North Carolina state parks?

No, we are not affiliated with any state park. We simply rent campsites in your name and provide you
the support and resources needed to camp easy.
