On 06.01.2020 at 5.40 PM Complainant Smti Padmawati Das W/O Sri Rohit Das of Jankhona Gaon, Jorhat lodged an FIR to the effect that on
the same day at about 4.30 PM accused persons namely Sri Daduram Das, Smti Debeswari Das, Smti Bobita Das, Sri Rajesh Das and others of
the same village criminally trespassed into the complainants house by abusing slang languages and assaulted to the complainant and her
husband and son and also threatened. Hence the case.
