As per normal practice we have considered supply and installation of Standard Type Capacitor
Bank. In case of Detuned type Capacitor Banks Additional price will be applicable based on
mutual agreement.

equipment) shall be presented against the enclosed schedules.
Comments/Notes/Observations/Points of general nature, which are reflected
elsewhere (ex. Technical data sheets, catalogs, brochures etc) shall not be
considered by the employer, while evaluating the bid. In the event this sheet is not
filled up by the bidder, it shall be understood that the bidder complies to the tender
specifications, without any conditions/deviations. No claims whatsoever shall be
entertained at a later date.

take a suitable decision appropriately at MJEC’s own expenses and cost.
However, the successful bidder is obliged to obtain the necessary invitation

PROGRESS SCHEDULE

TIMES FOR DESPATCH AND COMPLETION

The Tenderer shall complete the following schedule to show the times
calculated from the date of award of the Contract in which he guarantees
dispatch to site and to complete erection of the various sections of the
Works. The time given shall be binding on the Contractor except in so far as
they may be varied by agreement with the Engineer.

The times quoted for the main items of plant and equipment shall apply
equally to all associated and axillary equipment, cables etc. necessary to
completely commission the plant ready for commercial service.

Target completion date for the whole of the Works is ONE HUNDRED AND
EIGHTY (180) + THIRTY (30) DAYS [Mobilization time] from the date of
instruction/agreement.

technical catalogs/brochures of various products, which fall under the scope
of supply of bidders. Alternatively, bidders are advised to visit the website,

Further navigation can be done in order to access the respective OES [under
the sub-heading Oman Electrical Standards]. For other items, manufacturer
may enclose their standard filled-in guaranteed technical particulars (as per
their standard formats).

The filled-in schedules/guaranteed technical particulars must contain

the official seal of the manufacturer as well as bidder, prio r to
submission to MJEC.
