In today’s time people are becoming “health-conscious” and very selective in assimilating
any new recipe in their every-day diet. So it seems to be an opportunity and a duty to
provide healthy food products to human society. The makers of readymade food products
like ConAgra, Mc’Donalds are emphasizing not only upon acquiring good but best raw
material they can have to produce healthy food products for their food connoisseur/lovers.
We BornAgro are the bridge between these Food kings and the raw material for their
food. The first initiative would be providing the Toppings of Buger i.e Sesame Seeds.
These sesame seeds will be processed and called as hulled sesame seeds. Sesame seeds
add a nutty taste and a delicate, almost invisible, crunch to Many Asian dishes. They are
also the main ingredients in tahini (sesame seed paste) and the wonderful Middle Eastern
sweet called halvah.

Sesame seeds are an agricultural produce and are cultivated in some parts of Gujarat in
large quantities. Consumption within the country is not much but there is a substantial
export market, with the European countries, Japan and certain Gulf countries being the
bulk buyers. There are many export houses and agents dealing in many commodities
including sesame seeds. Sesame seeds have a thin shell or husk which needs to be
removed and this process is known as hulling. The process requires substantial quantity of
water as raw sesame seeds are soaked in water to facilitate hulling and minimize the
breakages. It is a labor-oriented process and the work is given on contract basis. It is a
seasonal business with working of around 7 months in full swing. Like any other
commodity business, the profit margins are low but volumes are high.

Sesame seeds are not regularly consumed in India and the major demand is from foreign
countries. European countries and Japan are the major buyers in the world with seasonal
demand from the Gulf region. Quality of Indian sesame seed is famous in the world and
there is a substantial demand. There are many dealers in commodities at places like
Rajkot, Ahmedabad and Mumbai and it is possible to undertake exports through them if
direct exports are not to be undertaken.

Thus other major fast-food chains, including Burger King (also known as Hungry Jack's in
Australia) A&W, Culver's, Whataburger, Carl's Jr./Hardee's chain, Wendy's (known for
their square patties), Jack in the Box, Cook Out, Harvey's, Shake Shack, In-N-Out
Burger, Five Guys, Fatburger, Vera's, Burgerville, Back Yard Burgers, Lick's
Homeburger, Roy Rogers, Smashburger and Sonic also rely heavily on the reach of
Sesame seeds to them.
Born-Agro business is to process all kinds of agro seeds with quality assurance ISO
marked. This will be the key driver for us to develop the trust in our new customers for
long term trustworthy business relationship. The processing will be carried out initially in
Kanpur Industrial Area and Bithoor the land owned by us. This will also give employment
to the native people of Bithoor and take their help in even cultivating these agro seeds in
future. Help of Food-Technology Department of HBTI-Kanpur will be taken in planting
the machines as required for cleaning, drying and de-hulled process. Even the Labs will be
used for the testing of seeds and its life.

Once established we will expand our business by opening processing plants in different
regions of India like Madhya Pradesh followed by Gujarat , Tamil Nadu and Orissa. These
places will be the spots where rural people can easily have access to us being located in all
the four directions of India. For the development of the Brand or creating the Brand Value
the company will be launching Bags of 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg, 25kg as per requirement
will be marketed to small consumers or house-hold consumption.
We will be the only spot for these food chains to ask all raw materials of premium quality
they need for their readymade food as we grow in future starting form hulled sesame
seeds. As the business grows there would be supply of:-

In making Born-Agro recognized Globally, a website of the company will be launched

which will serve as an interface between end consumers living in other parts of the globe
and Born-Agro. Gradually chain outlets will be opened in developed countries like Japan,
European nations, Central America and Brazil. Our outlets will give us an idea of how
much there is need for us to process the required demand and to become a Value-Added
Organization.

Ethiopia in Africa would be the key for the Born-Agro in future to spread itself in their
region and make the major share in their market. As Ethiopia is the most fertile place for
cultivating these seeds and will give boost to the business of Seeds Cultivating and its
Processing.

There is no major pollution problem associated with this industry except for disposal of
waste which should be managed appropriately. But company is still focused to play safe
so it will take "No Objection Certificate" from the State Pollution Control Board.

Thus this business demands people who can use cutting edge technology and right traits to
give it uplift in Global world. As the population will increase and what it is in present time
foretells that there is huge demand of food and a different outlook for Quality Assurance
Seeds that should reach to end consumers. Hence Born-Agro is determined to provide
people of this world more healthy and free-mind when they have Burger in near future.

Good Hulled Sesame Seeds are marked at USD 2050-2160 per MT, whereas Born-agro
has targeted to produce it at USD 1690-1780 per MT. Thus giving a good price
completion to the fellow competitors in today’s cut-throat price cutting strategies.
