6. Warranty : 12 months from the date of lift operation. Our product is
warranted against defects in materials or workmanship with in
warranty period. This warranty does not cover any damage due
to accidents (i.e.: Thundering, flood, cyclone, earthquake,
external water in the lift shaft) misuse, abuse or negligence.
Again, this warranty will be void if the equipment or control
parts have been tampered with or repaired by other than our
duly authorized service personnel.
7. Free Maintenance : 12 months from the date of lift operation.
8. Completion date : Approx. 60 days from the date of order confirmation, this is
subject to the receipt of payments & fitness of installation site &
available of main power supply.
9. Civil Work & Power supply : Not included in our offer.

 TERMS AND COMDITIONS:
1. Quotation Validity
** Unless expressly stated otherwise quotations are valid for a period of 30 days from issue.
2. CONTRACT SUM
** In this offer unit prices are constant; quantity may change as per work. Cable quantity not fixed, it quantity may
changes as per work.
** Defend Engineering Co Ltd reserves the right to adjust or amend prices in the following circumstances.
** Design modifications required due to changes in statures or regulations during the period of contract – Delivery
dates subsequently extended for reasons beyond our reasonable control Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
attributable to the purchaser which involve Defend Engineering in additional expense – in accordance with any jointly
agreed contract price adjustment formulae.
** Prices are net, excluded of all taxes, VAT, fees and other charges unless otherwise stated in the quotation
3. TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Local part for Materials and Installation:
** No deductions for cash discount, expenses, taxes, VAT of dues of any king shall be permitted. Payment must be
made as follows. Advance paid by the customer shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
** 70% of Total work value will be paid in advance at the time of quotation acceptance of agreement.
** 30% of Total work value will be paid after fixing guide rails, landing doors & cabin.
4. COMPLETION DATE:
** Approx. 60 days from the date of order confirmation, this is subject to the receipt of payments & fitness of
installation site & available of main power supply

6. Civil Works:

8. Power Supply:
** Power supply to working at site shall be given by the client.
9. VAT & AIT:
** Relevant VAT & AIT not included with our offer.
10. After Sales Service:
** 12 months Free Maintenance from the date of lift operation. Our after sales service/normal maintenance team
consists of experienced graduate electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers and trained technicians. They are well
