Organizing is the management function in which the managers coordinate employees, resources,
policies, and procedures to facilitate the goals identified in the plan.
structuring working relationships in which the organizational members can interact and cooperate to
achieve organizational goals.

Bcs Organizing is assigning, grouping tasks into departments, delegating authority, and allocating
resources across the organization.

What is B18 organization structure?

uses a vertical hierarchy of authority, which represents the chain of command. In addition, our
company applies the functional structure in which the individuals with similar occupational specialties
are categorized in the same group. Our company can function effectively by dividing the tasks to its
organization structure through grouping and assigning responsibilities according to the main task of
the organization.

TOP Manager
Top manager is considered as the most important core for a company because they make the decisions
to determine the overall direction of the organization and develop goals, policies, plans and strategies
for it and pass it to lower level management to implement.

B18: the president of B18 predicts that the competitors in the textile industry will

increase and he formulates the plans to deal with them, such as maintaining the competitive

advantages of our products that are not possessed by the products of the competitors.

Marketing department
Marketing department is very important for a company to promote its products and maximize the
profits by increasing the sales. The marketing manager are responsible for designing the marketing
plans and strategies to ensure the products will increase market share and generate income for the
company.
B18: 1. will carry out the market analysis to identify the target market they want to serve, identify the
opportunities and understand the strengths and weaknesses of the competitors.
2. will design the plans and strategies to promote our clothes to target customers, such as buy 1 free 1
promotion, advertisement via social media and so on.
the financial department
the financial department is very essential to determine the success of a company based on how well it
is handled. It is responsible to obtain the funds for the operation of the company, manage the funds
and plan the expenditures for various purposes to ensure that it is able to support all business activities
and avoid deficit to occur.
B18: the marketing department needs the funds to carry out the market analysis and various
promotions to attract the customers to buy B 18’s clothes.   
The Production Department
the production department is one of the most important departments for B18 Sdn Bhd. This
department was established to process the raw materials that exist in other inputs and also carry out
the transformation process until the product becomes the final product.
B18: 1. ensure that the resources and raw materials needed are not in short supply to ensure that
production can be carried out successfully and smoothly
2. ensure that technical skills are always supplied to employees so that they can know the correct
ways to use the machine.
