2. Proposal Introduction
We would like to express our gratitude for the opportunity to propose a solution for implementation of
SAP ERP. Our proposal is based on our extended experience in providing business solutions and services
to the manufacturing industry.

The functional scope of the proposed solution is based on the received high level requirements,
information exchanged during meetings, as well as our experience in implementing similar software
solutions.

The scope of work includes implementation of the following domains, and their standard business

reporting requirements. Due to online integration within itself and with other modules, it allows
managers to assess the financial position of the company in real time.

FI Module
Financial accounting module helps your employees to manage more data involved in any financial and
business transactions with less effort. Implementation helps in consolidating data for diverse business
transactions and legal requirements. Financial Accounting module helps one to get the real-time
financial position of an enterprise in the market. SAP FI integrates with other SAP modules such as SAP

SAP CO module is another important SAP module for enterprises. The controlling module supports the
process works of planning, reporting, and monitoring operations of businesses. It involves methods to
view and organize costs that are required for financial reporting. The controlling module enables one to
plan, track, perform, and report about costs. Controlling includes managing and configuring master data

5.1. Solution Implementation Cost

The price contained in this proposal is based on a day-rate model for consulting services. The price is
calculated on per-resource day-rate for off-site and on-site engagement. The presented pricing is based
on the initial engagement plan and implementation. Further changes in the scope may increase the
project cost.

The monthly support cost is cost related to the ongoing support activities. The solution implementation
does not include any cost associated to monthly user licenses and can accommodate as many users as
the clients wants without any additional costs, all included in the single one-time cost shown above.

The monthly cost is split into two parts:

5.2.1. Monthly Solution Support

The monthly cost is the ongoing solution support cost. The monthly support cost is related to the
support activities of the implemented solution. As described in the technical proposal the support is
limited to functional bug fixing, infrastructure or performance issues on the delivered solution. It does
not include extension and additional development of any new features and modules within SAP ERP.
The value for the monthly support cost is : USD 0000 / 000 AED

5.2.2. Monthly Infrastructure Cloud Cost

The infrastructure cloud cost is related to the hosting of all infrastructure and security services on
Amazon Web Services. The cost for the month can be only estimated at this point of time due to the
nature of the services selected for this specific installation, the type of the servers, the operations
performed, storage, data transfer, etc.
