That the petitioner most humbly submits as under:

1. That, the Police Adilabad I town has registered a case in Crime

No.159/2020 for the offence U/Sec.143, 365, 448, 342, 307, 324 r/w 149 of IPC against this
petitioner and others on 03.06.2020.

That, the allegation leveled against this petitioner/A7 is false and baseless that the
petitioner is no way concerned to the alleged offence.

That, the petitioner A7 is Private employee and he is innocent and law

abiding citizen and he will not interfere in any sort of crime.

That, the petitioner A7 is likely to be arrested and the petitioner strongly

apprehends harassment by the police if arrested. The petitioner is respectable law abiding
citizen and he would be put irreparable loss if arrested. The petitioner have no other
efficacious remedy except filing this petition. Though he has not committed any offence as
alleged by the complaint in that circumstances if the petitioner has been taken into the
custody by the police he may be defamed in the

society and he will loss his job.

That, the petitioner/A7 is law abiding citizen and permanent residing of Rikshaw Colony,
Adilabad, Adilabad District having movable and immovable properties there if this Hon'ble
Court grant Anticipatory Bail to him, he will not

abscond.

That, the petitioner/ A7 is ready to face the trial and ready to furnish the sufficient sureties
to the satisfaction of this Hon'ble Court, on being enlarged him on bail in the event of arrest.
