The recent assignments:

• Impact Evaluation Study of the Indira Gandhi Garibi Hatao Yojana ( District Poverty
Initiative Project ) , a livelihood project for poorer population in 14 districts of
Madhya Pradesh state in India. Over. The study was sponsored by The World Bank.
• A study on “Karva Chauth: A womens’ ritual of Suhag - Myth, Ritual and Social Change”
sponsored by Indira Gandhi National Center for the Arts, New Delhi.
