Project Proposal Report for FYP-I

Kindly note the format to follow while preparing the project proposal report
for FYP-I.

 The project proposal report should begin with a brief introduction of

project. State the objectives of the project clearly (2 pages).

 Proposed methodology should be briefly mentioned in the report; also

a flow chart of the methodology should be included as well and the
methodology should be properly referenced as well. Risk assessment
of the project and the expected implications of the project in real life
should also be discussed briefly (1-2 pages).

 Time line for the project objectives should be listed along with a
tentative meeting schedule with the project supervisor should be
included as well. Also the objectives to achieve, during the course of
one year, should be highlighted (1 page).

 References should also be included at the end of the report. Moreover,

those references should be properly cited in the report. IEEE reference
standard should be used.
