Who can participate?

 Those who have participated and secured merit position in any of the the
following workshop – Cyber Security, Android, Quadcopter , Artificial
Intelligence , Python , Website Development or any other workshop other
than IOT and Roboticsof Vigyantram
 Event is free for all the participants who have secured Merit Position in
Vigyantram workshop

Team Specification:

 Each team must have maximum of 4-6 members.

 Students from different institution can form a team
 Participants can be from different Class, Batches, Branch, or Year.
 Each team must have a captain. The captain is the person responsible for
communication with referees. The team can replace its captain during the
competition

 1st, 2nd, 3rd Merit holders are required to carry their Merit Certificate for
verification

Objective:

Innovator’s team has to showcase their project developed with unique idea which
they have learnt from respective workshop that will change the future of
technology and help to solve daily life social problems and useful to nature or
human being.

Contestant team has to give power point presentation during competition as well
as show cashing their project.

About the competition: There will be overall three rounds in this competition.

Written Exam Technical Presentation Application & Market
Potential

Round: 1 (Written Exam)

 In this Round there will be Multiple choice Questions and Subject Questions
based on their technology. Participants will have to complete this exam in
the mentioned time in question paper.

Round: 2
Technical Presentation

 Participants have to make an innovative project based upon their workshop

and have to give technical presentation in limited period of time
 It can be a hardware as well as software project also.
 Participants need to an abstract of their project on info@vigyantram.com
before starting their project and wait for the approval
 There will be cross questions by Jury Panel
 Scoring will be done on the basis of quality of presentation and answers to
Jury members

Round: 3

Applicative Presentation

 Participants have to give real time and applications of their project

 Application must be implemented in real time and not based on
hypothetical concept
 Participants have to put major focus on market potential of their project
 The scoring criteria of the second round are: idea fulfillment, design, user
experience, compatibility, stability in the market and accessibility of the
implemented Technology

Final Scoring: The Team who has secured the maximum marks is the winner of
the competition.

 The entire participant participating in this competition entails acceptance in

full of all the competition rules & regulations.
 The organizers retain the right to make any changes to the event, its
format, date, rules and in any matter related to this event without any
prior notice.
 Participants who misbehave may be asked to leave the competition area
and risk being disqualified from the contest.
 All decisions about scoring, game play and timing are made by the juries.
Teams should completely respect their vote and decisions. Member of the
jury will be from different fields of the robotics science.
