1. Why are political parties significant to the democratic system of the Philippines?
- Philippines is a democratic country, a freedom for all citizen to speech and act
is matter. Political parties have been there ever since American thought us
about this. Ever since the Philippines arise from dust and start a new
beginning and forming government, political parties was allowed and the role
of these parties is to control government and influence the public. The task of
parties is to win a position in government, to win they must earn a vote from
voters, to earn votes is to campaign and earn the loyal and trust of voters.
Once they got the position, they can control government and influence public.

2. What can you say about the personal as well as the popular image of political parties
in our country? How does this affect the democratic ideas of representation and
participation in Philippine politics?
- They are to dumb, for me, they just want to protect themselves from laws,
they just want to be safe from laws and control laws. They want to be above
the law so they can make illegal things and control public officials so they
have protection from laws. But even worst is even if the citizen knows about
it, they still vote them, because they earn benefits from them, like protections
and popularity. That’s I see how politician and political parties is.

3. Why is it important for political parties to follow a specific ideology?

- Man is predictable unless it changes his view. Every generation, society is
changing, forming new behavior and class. Ideologies is just a belief of every
parties, they belief that these ideology helps the country and citizen to move
forward and improve the economic, so they follow their ideology.

4. Is there a particular political party (major traditional party or party list) that you
personally support or favor? Explain your answer.
- I don’t have political parties to support or in favor of. The reason is I learn
from mistakes. I use those learnings and it gets me to hard to trust someone by
just platforms and sweet talks, I need actions, care and patience from a
politician or political parties in their job, if they want my support then give a
reason to support, show me your action until I satisfied on it and if I sense
you’re sincere from your job then my support is yours.
