Established in 2015, MCOG Engineering and fabrication Pvt. Ltd. has been steadily
expanding and enhancing its capabilities. Over the past decade our stable progress has
been the combined result of sound professional and technical leadership in the Engineering
projects, construction and maintenance sector. The company consists of 3 divisions of
maintenance projects, welder qualification test facilities and materials transportation and
handling.
The company provides services in Mechanical erection, piping, structural, fabrication of
process equipment, plant commissioning for petrochemicals, petroleum, steel plants and
fertilizer industries.
The company also undertakes shutdown and annual turnaround contracts for repairs,
revamp and reconditioning of large industrial units in India.

Turnaround & Shutdown
We offer a complete array of reliability, maintenance, construction, shutdown,
technical, and consulting and plant support services. We provides maintenance,
reliability, turnaround and shutdown services to leading producers in the Oil and
Gas, Refinery, Steel, Power, Chemical, Paper, Sugar and Fertilizer industries.
We use a turnaround excellence process, created specifically to compliment our
customers’ procedures to plan and execute turnarounds
Our goal is to optimize safety, cost and duration, reducing the resources required to
conduct the turnaround—all through teamwork, effective communication, continuous
improvement and accountability. We use rigorous internal and external performance
measures, aggressive goal-setting and innovative performance contracting strategies

MCOG accepts responsibility for the total plant equipment erection, if necessary, or
we can arrange installation of these equipments and monitoring the implementation
of client’s requirements. Our engineers will be present prior commissioning, to
ensure a successful start-up and assist in optimization.
 FABRICATION OF STRUCTURAL’S / PIPING
MCOG provides highest quality of fabrication both structural's and piping. Our
Team carries out designing, fabrication, assembly & installation works for various
plant. Our diverse range of turnkey projects includes bottling plants, installation of
plant machinery, mechanical fabrication, refinery piping, pipeline work and pump
house work.
We understand the complexity and difficulty of projects that utilize a wide
assortment of sophisticated piping materials run in congested areas and under
difficult environmental conditions. All pipe fabrication and piping system installations
are controlled by our Quality Assurance Plan Developed as with respect to client
requirements.
