Dear Mr. Hershall Brown:

I am still seeking discovery and an appointment with the doctor you got the court's permission formas
an expert witness in my defenses in cases appointed to you, 20CR28838 and 20CR30812. This
regards matters when you represented me and I will make it brief.

August 12, 2020, you and I appeared before Judge Albrecht and the Motion to Vacate Warrant was
granted in case 20CR28838. Unless I'm mistaken, that was the day you shared with me that my visit
with Dr. True would be soon and we would have his report by the end of September.

I mentioned this all during a telephone call with Mr. Kelly Doyle in August and Mr. Doyle said we'd
"talk next week" which never happened. October 16, 2020 I reported the Police Report I got from
your assistant as provided by the District Attorney was missing a page, and Mr. Cleary promised that
missing page if told which page was missing.

I still don't have it, so I'm dealing with jerks all the way around. I was also told by Mr. Clearl Discovery
in case 20CR30812 was being blocked by a warrant, which I responded to by reporting that warrant
blocking that Discovery was lifted.

Since you represented me at that hearing where that warrant was lifted, please share that fact and
whatever documentation supporting it, and help me establish an appointment with the court
authorized defense witness, even if only by contacting Mr. Doyle, who, to date, has shown me he has
no interest.
