Mr. Doyle:

No. Leave me alone. I have a warrant for my arrest and a severe disability, neither of which you seem
to appreciate the seriousness of.

I would only meet with any defense expert conducting any interview knowing the charges against me
first.

I have not received the Police Report which is now blocked by an arrest warrant I had nothing to do
with.

These events hit me from out of nowhere at a time of my life I already had scheduled to prepare and
file a complaint in federal court --now complicated by my having to worry about a warrant for my
arrest.

Once again, leave me alone. I will appear in court as scheduled, November 20, 2020 on my own
cases.

That you have so badly mishandled the cases assigned to you is none of my concern.

Sincerely,
Barry Joe Stull

contact me during OFFICE HOURS and I will schedule your eval with Dr. True and will
work to quash the warrant if you will work with me.

Subject: Still v. Buetler, et al

Mr. Clearly and Mr. Doyle:

A warrant for my arrest was issued on October 9, 2020, for my failure to appear in court for an
arraignment I had no notice of and only found out about via the email message from Mr. Hershall
Brown this week.

At my last court appearance, on the record, my next scheduled court appearance was November 20,
2020.

At the time and date the warrant for my arrest was issue October 9, 2020, both my court appointed
attorney and the court knew my contact information, including my telephone number, yet no effort
was made to inquire about my whereabouts or wellbeing prior to the court issuing a warrant for my
arrest although it is a matter of record I am a person with a disability and there is no record I had
notice of that scheduled court proceeding.

I believe this all violated my civil rights as a person with a disability the court and you all were aware
of.

Since I had nothing to do with the set of circumstances resulting in an arrest warrant being issued for
my failure to appear for a court appearance I had no notice of, I feel my energies are best expended
toward having this matter addressed in federal court. That's what I will be doing instead of interacting
with you who sicken me by being untrustworthy.

I will not be responding to further communications from your offices, although I expect to appear in
court as scheduled November 20, 2020.

I anticipate that by that time the Oregon State Bar Client Assistance Office will have processed my
complaint.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,
Barry Joe Stull
