Dear Chairman Joseph, Chairman Sternlicht, Secretary Li Jiaqing and CEO Kamalabadi,

We are gathered together at a critical moment of Stirling Engine Alliance (SEA) and Stirling
Engine Renaissance. History is in the making. Twenty four years ago Chairman Sternlicht and I
brought MTI Stirling technology to China. That lay the foundation for the first Key SEA which is
US and China Alliance. Today it is the force of Harmony that brought us together.

Starpoint Solar has the best business plan among the 4 leading US Stirling Engine Companies.
Starpoint has the commanding approach of large Solar power and right alliance with US Electric
Utilities. Its management team has great US utility experience and background. By teaming up
with China at this critical moment Starpoint could be the dominant factor in Stirling technology
and manufacturing. But we must implement the SEA Grand Strategy to have the full backing of

my two decades career in multinational energy technology transfer. Stirling engine technology
is an important milestone.

Early in my career I also fine tuned my art by my apprenticeship with the great master Saul
Eisenberg. I launched my China connection by acting as the head of the Energy Division of
United Technology Corporation. UDC and Eisenberg was well known as the key factor in helping
Japan rebuilt its industry after World War II. Eisenberg and UDC was the first major US
technology firm to arrive in China at the beginning of China's reform and opening up.

The additional option of raising the interim 50,000 on top of the 5 Million within 3 to 6 months time
frame allows us all to recover our costs after our long hard work to bring us to this critical
moment. The Solar Stirling Utility moment has come and we have worked hard to alert the
highest Chinese leadership the commanding role Stirling Engine will play in Solar Electrification
as alternative of nuclear and fossil power. We and SEA are the key factors that this will happen.
