DUTIES: Servers are the key to delivering great guest Service. Servers ensure that they provide a
memorable experience, from greeting to departure. Tennessee law requires servers to acquire an ABC
license. The cost of license application ($20) and course ($70) is to be paid by participant. Employer
will provide additional information and instructions regarding course dates and times. Participants
will be expected to apply and take the ABC course approximately 30 days after starting work. Greet

to include order taking, delivery, and clearing of any food or beverage items

The Host is the initial contact with the guests and is usually the first employee they will meet when
they come to the Restaurant. Therefore, it is essential to start guests off with a positive experience at
the front door. Basic Responsibilities of the Host Position include: • Greeting guests • Answering
questions • Answering the phone • Demonstrating knowledge of the menu • Determining guests’
needs - by actively engaging them in 1-on-1 conversations • Maintaining a clean and organized Host

ACCOMODATION OPTION: King's Quarters
Newly remodelled residence halls equipped with kitchens, gym, pool and common areas. $100
deposit, $50 non-refundable/ The E-Pay account, kingsquarters.com, is for deposits only. Deposit
deadline is MARCH 1 to secure your housing reservation. The refundable deposit will be returned at
end of program and will be applied to the same card that paid the initial deposit. You must pay the
deposit with the same card you intend to receive the refund to. Minimum occupancy per room type 2

As a F&B Attendant Penthouse your duties will consist in setting up, clearing and serving continental
breakfast for Penthouse owners and guests. Setting up, clearing and serving wine, cheese, beer and
appetizers to Penthouse owners and guests. Having strong knowledge of food, wine and local beer
selections. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Assisting Penthouse concierge team
as needed. Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the bell and valet
team and key closet. This includes ensuring that we are providing the highest levels of service to hotel
guests and ensuring the overall valet operation runs smoothly and the cash is managed and maintained
at all times.
Server Assistants assist in serving guests food and beverages, bussing tables, cleaning and
maintenance of the dining room and other duties as assigned.
You will be working as a Spa, Pool, and Fitness Attendant. The Pool Attendant assists guests with
aquatic needs and supplies. In addition, the Pool Attendant performs special projects for the Wellness
Staff and does so without disrupting any of the daily functions of the pool, hotel or without disturbing
guests. The Spa Attendant provides friendly, efficient registration and information to all guests and
visitors. They are responsible for keeping the spa locker rooms stocked, clean, and comfortable for
all guests.

Room Attendants assist in the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public spaces.
The Steward operates dishwasher to properly clean all dishes and cooking utensils used in the
kitchens, restaurants and banquets. Re-stocks all supplies in the assigned areas. General kitchen
cleaning duties including the cleaning and mopping of kitchen floors and trash removal. Assists in
setting up equipment for food and beverage functions
REQUIRED SUPPLIES: Employees must present a neat and clean appearance at all times and must
be in their uniforms when they clock-in and while working.
Please bring black pants, black belt, black socks, and non-slip black shoes. All other uniform items
will be provided.
For Guest Services Coordinator and Pool/Spa/Fitness Attendant specific uniform requirements will
be provided at a later date.
If you will work as a steward Please bring comfortable, NON-SLIP black dress/kitchen shoes with
you.
We have several dorm-style houses that will be shared by our international and out-of-state staff. The
bedrooms will be shared with 3-5 people per room. The common areas (kitchen, living room,
bathrooms) will be shared by everyone in the unit. There is coin operated laundry on site. Wireless
internet is also available.
Housing will be assigned upon arrival. he rent per week will be $95-120 per person depending on the
location and room type.
A ONE-TIME $200 security deposit will be required upon occupancy as well as first two week's rent
(total due upon arrival is $400-$440). Your deposit will only be returned if your room, bathroom, and

common areas pass inspection for cleanliness and damage AND you work until your contract end
date. Your housing unit must be returned in the same state that it was upon your move in.
