habitual Khadi worrier, It is humbly submitted, that:
1. Smt. Menka Gandi as MP, misusing her power and authority, violating Oath Act,
discriminating against special caste and community, allowed unlawful pressure Hooter
on the vehicle, which was used by her, while creating hurdle in others business.
2. FIR No. 11 dated 11-1-2021, lodged with Police Station, Bilhaur under Kanpur in UP,
for the violation of section 11, being Non-cognizable offense in legal terms, arresting
many peoples, confiscating goods transport vehicle bearing No. UP-36-T-5174, without
approval of Transport Authority.
3. 3 Sub section of 11 as l, n and o, never violated, hence FIR needs cancellation with strict
legal and Departmental action against all concerned, confiscation the vehicle used by
Smt. Menka Gandi, MP.
4. Police official needs workshop for awareness about animal related laws of land.
