OPENING:

The meeting was called to order at 7:55 P.M. with Bro. Lester C. Bonete, SMM
leading the opening prayer.

Fr. Benjie welcomed everyone to the community’s fourth meeting.

DISCUSSION:

4.1 REPORTS OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1.1 Technical ( Bro. Jomar )

We are able to put up the last supper frame and the wall fan in the refectory area.
Encoding of books in the library is done. The doorknob of Bro. JM’s room is already fixed
and we are already have new bond papers.

4.1.2 Manualia (Bro. Christopher)

The stock room is already properly arranged, then we have bought

two new broom sticks.

4.1.3 Kitchen (Bro. Glenn)

He thanked for the cooperation in maintaining the kitchen. Before

purchasing groceries and marketing we have it checked first by the
incharge.
As infirmarian he was able to attend the needs of the sick members
of the community. With regards to the medicines he will check it first.

4.1.4 Liturgy (Bro. Lester)

The advent wreath is already available and he thank Bro. Samuel for
helping him. We are running out of stock of Mass wine and Big host and he
will ask from Fr. Gener.

4.1.5 Secretary ( Bro. Armel)

The minutes of the meeting for the period of three months is

accomplished and copies were given to all. The diary is also updated.

4.1.6 School Coordinator (Bro. Samuel)

We were able to pay our tuition fees for the last semester with the
help of Bro. Armel and the copies of our grades were already given to our
formator.

He thanked everyone for the cooperation in all the activities and
schedules. Fr. Benjie thanked everyone for all the efforts and sacrifices in all our
activities. He said that if there are things that needs to fosters one is that to have
a good collaboration to other communities for example the collegians. it is a
manifestation that we can really do something, may not be something very
formal but it gained fun.

4.2 NEW RESPONSIBILITIES

Fr. Benjie thanked the Coordinator for three months, he hoped that he learned
something from his experiences and be mindful for those difficulties he encountered
along the way.

4.3 BRO. FRANCOIS PROGRAM

Starting December 15, Bro. Francois will have his new community at Sta. Teresita
Parish. With regards to his vacation it will a consultation from his new community. We
thanked Bro. Francois for his presence in the community.

6- Fr. Benjie at Zelatrix Sisters

8- Ground Breaking in Dagupan everyone will come except Fr. Gener and Bro. JM,

4 A.M departure

11- Start of the Midyear Evaluation and oral of Bro. Christopher.

12-13 Continuation of midyear evaluation to be announce

13- Birthday Celebration of Bros. Lester and Glenn, lunch time or after mass at Binan,
Laguna (Bahay Pag-asa) .

14- 40days of the grandmother of Ace at 2pm ( Fr. Benjie, Bros. Lester and Glenn)

5pm Christmas party and despedida of Bro. Francois and we invite Nanay Pinig,
Dodot, Ate Flor, Majo, Bien and old Montfort old Center community. (exchange
gift worth 500)

15- Fr. Benjie to Dagupan 5am departure. Bro. Francois will be fetched by STP
community

17- Start of vacation until January 7, 2021 on or before 9pm

4.5 FINANCIAL REPORT

4.5.1 Treasurer (Bro. Samuel)

Bro Samuel reported the expenses used during Socials for the month of
November from our donations.

3.2.2 Community Bursar (Fr. Gener)

Fr. Gener announced the breakdown of our vacation allowance to

food, transportation, delegation gift which still waiting for Fr. Ting, it will
be given later.
There are also solicitation letters from the delegation for the
formation and health care minimum of 2 letters each.

4.6 AOB

4.6.1 Vacation. We have to spend it wisely to our family.

4.6.2 In Line of Final Exams. Next week schedules 6:30am Mass Integrated MP,
Meditation is private. The for evening schedule is the same and no recreation.

4. 6. 3 Driving. Dec. 2- Fr. Benjie and Bro. Jumar will process their drivers license

4.6.4 Travel Documents. Bros. Armel and Sam will process their travel documents
and will they will inform the community when they are planning to process.

4.6.5 Oral Exam. Bros. Armel and Lester on Dec. 7

4.6.6. Divisoria. December 10, 12 noon departure

4.6.7 Advent Recollection. We will attend online at 8AM then Mass after
recollection by Fr. Gener.
4.6.8 Carolling. The community will think about it whether to push through or
not. Christmas card to be given before vacation.

4.6.9 Outreach Program at Porac. Details are to be announced on January.

 Fr. Benjie thanked everyone for the cooperation for making the 4 th Community
Meeting successful.

ADJOURNMENT

The community meeting was adjourned at 9:45 PM with a Litany of St. Luis
Marie de Montfort.
