Performance Task: GRASP

Barangay San Jose in Quezon City is situated along a fault known as the valley fault system passes through. You are assigned as information officer of local DRRMC and tasked to disseminate family emergency
preparedness plan to the people residing in the said community. A brochure must be prepared for the information dissemination on family emergency preparedness plan. Your brochure will be graded according to
its writing-grammar, content-accuracy, attractiveness-organization, graphics or pictures and impact to the community.

Literal Performance Task:

As local DRRMC officers you are to provide information dissemination campaign on how to formulate a family disaster preparedness plan to the community which is situated on the fault line which
is prone to earthquakes. You are expected to create a multi-media presentation that is well orgainzed, attractive, accurate and high impact to the community.
