 Achieves revenue goals for a territory by using appropriate sales techniques and processes to close,
retain and grow profitable business that directly supports the Company’s mission and business

enhancement and fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.

 The project entitled “Study and Market Analysis on Sales and Channel Distribution of PepsiCo
product in pune region” was selected.
 To Display the product at the point of sales is the utmost importance in the retail outlet.
 To identify all the major potential outlets along with the respective location to increase the sale of
the product.
 To Accomplish restructuring of routes so that the retailers are equally distributed in both the routes
for having adequate supply of PepsiCo products.
 Potential target segment can be petrol pumps along with uncovered restaurants.
 New area should be tapped at grass root level to penetrate.
