Member of the executive leadership team of divisional CIOs, COOs and Senior IT leaders with overall
responsibility for IT architecture and governance, reporting to the Global CIO and a of an enterprise-wide
change portfolio in excess of £100M.

As a CTO at AJG, I was responsible to the Executive Board for IT, Service and business Strategy, Support of
10 satellite branches across EMEA delivered from 2 offices within the UK. A key success of the role was the
systematic improvement of systems and services to support 100% growth year on year for 3 years period,
delivered by the radical improvement of the performance and reliability of IT systems. This involved

implementation of which allowed the entire business to collaborate on a unified package thus empowering

Delivered a new strategic IT roadmap, remodelled and transitioned IT support services across the board,
global access centralised data centre for BCP, tracking changing business requirements and aligning IT
services.

Played pivotal role in definition and successful adoption of new strategic IT platform based on SOA, BPM
