As a CTO at AJG, I was responsible to the Executive Board for IT, Service and business Strategy, Support of
10 satellite branches across EMEA delivered from 2 offices within the UK. A key success of the role was the
systematic improvement of systems and services to support 100% growth year on year for 3 years period,
delivered by the radical improvement of the performance and reliability of IT systems. This involved
managing several major projects and teams simultaneously to support business change objectives, including
the design and implementation of a in-house CRM, accounting, sales/purchase and brokerage application. The
implementation of which allowed the entire business to collaborate on a unified package thus empowering
each business unit to operate at maximum efficiency.
Full OPEX and CAPEX budgetary control responsibilities, including working with vendors and suppliers
