1. Table1 shows five examples of the intrinsic programs. Choose among these essential
programs that apply to you then justify your choice.
Among the following intrinsic programs, the most characteristic that applies to me
is the “option person”. Intrinsic programs are, according to the module, similar to
your lines of code or self-configuration that define who you are. Option person is the
very thing that I can relate on. This is because I am a very indecisive person to the
point that I consider all possible options. Being an option person is not a
disadvantage. This had help me consider all things that could go wrong by making
back up plan to it. Beside from this, being an option person is being an advance
person. Meaning you are one-step ahead from all of your competition.

2. If allowed to become an entrepreneur, what start-up business are you willing to put
up?
If I were an entrepreneur, I will start from having a small food business. There is
no waste in food business. It is always a win-win situation. Why was it a win-win
situation? Firstly, food is a basic need of people. People consume food three times a
day or six if brunch, ‘meryenda’, and midnight snack is included. This is a good start-
up business because I will gain a lot from it. Besides, I already tried that kind of
business and based from my experience, it really is a good business which we can
give a thumbs up.

3. Applying the intrinsic program concept, how will you present your product or
services portfolio offerings to an option person?

I will present my product or my service portfolio presenting first why he must

choose my product. I will start from its name or how I come up with the name. Then I
will present the purpose of the product itself. Next by proceeding to the advantage of my
product from all products existing. How my product is unique from its competitors.
Lastly, I will offer it in a very affordable price just right for its value. It is because I
believe that small income is still an income.

4. Discuss the pros and cons of entrepreneurship?

There are always pros and cons in everything. Entrepreneurship, on the other side,
has also advantages and disadvantages. One of its advantage is a person is in control with
the business. He will be able to handle the business according to his own timetable. Also,
you will be able to enjoy the certain amount of freedom because of its flexibility. A
person will be able to work anywhere at any time. Also, when speaking about business,
profit should always be in the dictionary. An entrepreneur will enjoy his own money with
a less feeling of guilt. On the contrary, being an entrepreneur is not without challenges.
There is a lot of risk in being an entrepreneur. It is never easy to be on your own self.
You will carry all the responsibility that will come to the business. This means that all the
workloads will be handled by the owner itself. This requires a lot of effort and must be
keep an eye on.
