Talent planning:
The Talent planning system started in 2005 identifying: Key Position,
Key Players and Hipos. Key persons were identified in 2006.
Talent identification sessions are done from March to May. However, The plan is made up of 5 phases:
they haven’t been exploited in the promotion processes and
organizational development and they haven’t been standardized as well 1. Organizational Design Sessions
as not being used on a regular basis in the organization. 2. Talent Identification
