Purim: Lots.

I. Esther, the 17th book of the Old Testament is a revealing portrait of the
history of Israel. Although YHVH Himself is not mentioned specifically in this
oratory, the evidence of His Divine Ordination of its place as a Prophetic
Oracle to the Last Generation is literally breathtaking in its’ scope! In our
exhumation of the Hebrew Coded language and numbers in this book, we will
uncover the Hand of YHVH in the events of the days ahead while looking at
the back parts of this history, just as Moshe did in Ex. 33:23.

How is this possible?

And I will take away mine (Aleph-Tav) hand, and thou shalt see my (Aleph-
Tav) back parts: but my face shall not be seen.

Torah teaches us that we cannot “see” YHVH and live, thus we can only see
His Manifest – made visible part – I.E. the Messiah. When we look at YHVH
in the future tense (the hand or front part) it is through the Messiah and when
we look at the Beginning or Back parts it is through the Messiah! Is. 46:10
The End/Future (front) is declared from the Beginning/Past (back). Jn. 14: 9
…seen me, seen the Father…

Incidentally, the word for back parts, #268, `achowr, (ach – brother, owr –
light) behind, rear, can also mean the west as in direction. While here, look at
#267, Achuwmay, a dweller near the waters, and #269, Achowth, (ach –
brother, owth – sign, oath) sister, euphemistically for Bride. Thus, the Bride
who dwells near the Waters will see (the Brother of Light) the Beginning (and
End)!! Hebrew is the Living Water – the language of Torah!!

So, exactly what was Moshe seeing? The Back – Spine of YHVH made visible,
would have been Messiah ‘The Son – Ben’. The same two-letter root, Beit –
Nun as Bone and also Bein meaning, to understand! The process of making a
Scroll entailed cutting 2 rectangular pieces on either side of the Spine – thus,
Moshe saw the Torah Scroll, the Son of Yah!

Purim/Lots.
II. Esther’s is the story of the exiles of Israel who remained in the Persian
Empire and was almost destroyed by the antagonist of the story,
Haman, a descendant of the Amalekites, who ruled under the King of
Persia, Ahasuerus. Haman’s reaction to the refusal of Esther’s’
(Benjamite) uncle Mordecai to bow to him, unleashed the ancient hatred
and opened a door to destroy the Righteous Seed. (Remember, this is
also a picture of the Last Days as well) Esther, who becomes Queen at
the removal of the former Queen, Vashti, hides her own identity until
her continued silence assures of National destruction. Let’s look a little
deeper…

The Megillah (Scroll) of Esther. Megillah shares the same root word as the
word for ‘reveal’ and also gilgah (To roll away – Golgotha) and also the word
for redeem, Gullah. Thus, it implies the intent to reveal the redemption plan
of YHVH. Esther (3-letter root str) can also mean ‘hidden’. Therefore, the
Hidden plans for Redemption are revealed in the Book!

• Esther, #635, ‫' אסתר‬Ecter, it can mean, ‘star’, also hidden. It is

cognate with #631 - #633, meaning to bind, obligate, imprison, a
bond of abstention or agreement. What is YHVH obligating
Himself in a bond of abstention to hide? And, from whom? WE
WILL FIND OUT! Remember the setting of this account is
connected with the supposed end of the 70 years of Israel’s
captivity.

The 3-letter root of Esther is Samech – Tav – Resh, ‘Star’ which, as we

showed early can mean hidden but, also to pull down, disarrange, upset.

• How important then are the words of YHVH in Deut. 31:18 “I

will surely hide my face…‫ני‬
ַ‫תיר ָּפ‬
ִּ ‫אְס‬
ַ ‫תר‬
ֵּ ‫הְס‬
ַ ‫אֹנִכי‬ָ ‫ ְו‬ve
anoki hastir astir. A subtle hint at the hidden face of YHVH
during the time of Esther.
• The word "estar" is an example of the grammatical function of
Aleph, which is prefixed to ‫ סתר‬and forms the first person future -
I will. It coincides exactly with the spelling of the name Esther. It is a
pun. The only difference is in pronunciation. Thus, YHVH is
saying, “I will hide myself in the disarrangement”. OF WHAT?
YHVH is being intentionally ambiguous!

Number 17?

The number 17 is significant in this book. 17 is written Yod-Zayin, ‫יז‬. The Yod
symbolizes the hand, power and authority. The Zayin, a weapon, is called the
Crowned Vav, thus depicting Messiah. In this instance, it could be interpreted, “the
hand or power against the Messiah” speaking specifically of Haman.

The gematria of Esther, Aleph – 1, Samech – 60, Tav – 400, Resh – 200 = 661, the
same as the phrase: - lo yishma al-peyach, it shall not be heard
on your mouth. Deut. 30:14, Rom. 10: 8, …the word is nigh thee, even in thy
mouth…Is it possible that YHVH is not only hiding Himself in this book but,
because of the Rebellion of the people of Israel, also hiding Himself and His
Word until they return? YES! Zeph. 3: 9.

Remember the word Megillah, #4040, ‫ מגלה‬mĕgillah, scroll, from #1540,

galah, to reveal, uncover, to go into exile. It is used with the phrase, ‘uncover
the nakedness’, as in sexual perversion. The idea of the word is to uncover – as
in removing the hair to expose the ear. John 10:18, Peter cuts off the High
Priest’s servants’ ear – Malchus, Yahshua restores the ear – hearing! Mk. 4:
24 take heed what you hear…how you measure…balance, mozanim (ozen
ears).

Daniel & Esther.

It is an established fact that Daniel and Esther are contemporaries, as was,

Ezekiel. The Rabbis acknowledge him as Hathak, in Esther 4:5. At this same
time, Daniel while contemplating the end of the Captivity is told to SEAL UP
THE BOOK. Dan. 12: 4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal
the book, [even] to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and
knowledge shall be increased.

*Note a couple of interesting words: Shut & Seal:

• Shut, #5640, ‫ סתם‬satham, to hide, conceal, to stop up, as in

plugging a well…Hmmm…well of living waters?

• Seal, #2856, ‫ חתם‬chatham, to set a seal on, to seal up by affixing

an impression to serve as a seal (what seals it – hides it).

• End, #7093, ‫ קץ‬qets, a certain point reached in time. The finish of

something.

• To and Fro, #7751, ‫ שוט‬shuwt, to move to and fro, cognate with

#7750, suwt, to turn aside, fall back, apostatize.

It is clear the Words of the Book were to be sealed, plugged up to staunch the
flow of living waters by affixing a seal/impression upon them (changing the
letters?) until a specific time when a great apostasy would take place and the
Future ESTHER WOULD BE REVEALED!

It is noteworthy that Esther 2: 7 mentions she has no father or mother, thus,

cannot trace her lineage, much like the Esther of today!

At this time, Not only would another Haman be revealed in the person of the
Anti – Messiah, but also, it would coincide with the restoration of the Pure
Language!
It is noteworthy that 17 is the numerical order of the Hebrew letter Pey, ‫פ‬ ,
meaning mouth. It is also associated with the word Paneh, face, and adds
emphasis to Ex. 33 and Esther, where the Face of YHVH is not seen! The Astir
Pani – The Esther/hidden Face. It is also interesting that Esther is herself hidden
until the time of her deliverance.

Esther 4:14, For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, [then]
shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from
another place…

• Altogether and Holdest are the same word in Hebrew/Aramaic:

#2790, ‫ חרש‬charash, translated as, be silent. However, it can also
mean to engrave, to inscribe letters on a tablet. If she is silent the
Jews will be delivered by someone else, she will die. If she
ENSCRIBES THE WORDS ON A TABLET…- IT WAS FOR
JUST THIS THAT SHE CAME TO THE KINGDOM!!!

When you look at words with the gematria of 17 many of them carry such
meanings as: Woe, to burn, to groan, to howl, to be overthrown, to be
destroyed, to slaughter, to make a circle (remember the cyclical nature of this
prophetic book) and finally, first in its Aleph-Bet order, #91, ‫אגגי‬, a gentilic
noun used for Haman and suggesting Amalekite origin! This again
confirms the intent of the hidden gematria and Hebrew words – to tell of a
future attempt at destroying Israel, by another Amalekite – Haman – Anti-
Messiah!

Purim is the plural for the word lot, a method of decision-making among
the Ancients. The word Lot, #6332, pur, does not appear outside of the
Book of Esther, but, its’ synonym does – Goral, #1486, a lot or stone. This
appears 3 times in the Book of Is. and in particular Is. 17:14 where it
speaks plainly of the Anti-Messiah, who would cast lots [Goral] to rob
[#962, bazaz] Israel, and is foreshadowed in Haman, while the entire
chapter deals with the destruction the multitudes who align themselves
against Israel and in particular, Damascus, Syria! (Gog – Magog war). The
word Bazaz is translated as prey in Esther 3 where Haman receives his lot
to destroy Israel and these two places are the only ones in Torah where
they are seen together! If you look in Is. 17: 12, the word for multitudes,
#1995, hamown, is only one letter (Yod) different from #2001, Haman! Not
a coincidence!!

• Additionally, as we saw above, the Pey #(17) is seen in the word

paneh, often with the Lamed prefix, l’pani – before, in front of,
toward. It is interesting in Is. 17: 13 that the Nations shall be
chased as the chaff of the mountains before (l’pani) [the hidden
Face of YHVH] the wind and like a rolling thing before the whirlwind
which is almost an exact quotation of Ps. 83: 13 which deals with the
Amalekites in the future and Ps. 83: (7) is the only Psalm where the
name Amalek is mentioned! While Ps. 83: 2 mentions a tumult against
YHVH - the word being #1993 and spelled ‫מיּון‬
ָ‫ה‬
ֱ ‫ֶי‬ y’hemyun
(haman with vowels removed) and in verse 3 says they have taken
counsel against the Hidden Ones! Hidden, #6845, tsaphan, ‫צפן‬,
hidden. *Note the Zade – Righteous and the Pey - Nun root for face!
The hidden righteous face!!

Coincidence?

Two different shadow pictures within one!

The Messiah and the Anti-Messiah!

III. The setting of Esther’s story begins with the scope of King Ahasuerus’
reign. Est. 1:1 “From India to Ethiopia – 127 provinces.

Let’s dissect the above words in the Hebrew form for added clarity.

• Ahasuerus, #325, Achashverowsh (Strongs has it; I will be silent and poor)
however, it is easy to see the Hebrew roots Ach – Brother and Sheresh #8328,
root. Thus, “My brother, the root-branch”.
• India, #1912, hoduw, praise!
• Ethiopia, #3568, Cush, (Strongs has it as ‘black’) Ps. 7 refers to him as a
Benjamite. Could this infer that King Ahasuerus ruled over Judah – Yah –
Hoduw & Benjamin?
• 127 Provinces = the number of the years of Sarah’s life. Thus inferring the
Whole House of Israel as well.
• Province, #4082, mediynah, province, judgment. The name of a City in
Saudi Arabia originally, the land of Midian. Dan. 11: 24 tells us the Anti-
Messiah will enter the fattest places of the province. Fattest, #4924, mashman,
fertile, olive oil, (mem=from, out of) #8080, shaman, to grow fat, increase,
from #8081, shemen, oil, anointed. Could this infer, that along with the future
Anti-Messiah’s attempt to desecrate the Holy Place, I.E. The Abomination of
Desolation, wouldn’t it fit for him to also attempt to compromise the
Tabernacle at Mt. Sinai?
• Remember, the Amalekites attacked the remnant of the Bride on the way
to Sinai to meet with YHVH, couldn’t this happen again?

Next, King Ahasuerus is seen seated on his throne in the Palace of Sushan.

• Throne, #3678, kicce’, throne, from #3680, kacah, to cover, hide,

conceal. Seated on a hidden, concealed throne (behind the scenes?)
• Sushan, #7800, lilly, however, it is related to the root Shesh, six. This
word also is used for alabaster and linen, materials in the construction of the
Tabernacle. Could this infer that this King sits on a hidden throne to be
constructed at the end of the 6th Day? Hidden here could refer to the Holy
Place where he sits and calls himself God!

Vashti.

IV. What follows is a veiled hint at the Hebrew Calendar, which represents
how YHVH interacts with His Bride.

Ahasuerus throws a party from Nissan/Abiv to Tishri, 180 days. This is a

picture of the Bride who is redeemed chosen and finally presented before the
King. In this instance, Vashti, #2060, beautiful, literally, is commanded to
come before him, she rebels – a picture of the rebellion of Israel. The
Rabbinical commentators say that Vashti made herself naked by choice and
refused to come. A new Bride must be chosen and since Ahasuerus remembers
Vashti, Esther 2:1 but cannot take her back a search is made for the new
bride. YHVH remembers Israel after divorcing her, but He cannot marry her.

• Remember, #2142, zakar, to mark for remembrance. The construct of

this words’ origin brings to mind the idea of “Piercing”. Also it implies to be
born a male.
The 7 Heads.

Esther 1: 10 – 14.

On the 7th day, Shabbat, (Pray your flight is not on Sabbath Matt. 24:20)
Ahasuerus sends for the 7 heads of his government (Rev. 12: 3)

• Est. 1:13 ‘which knew the times’, #6256, eth, times. Dan. 9:27.
• Carshena, #3771, Illustrious.
• Shethar, #8369, Star.
• Admatha, #133, a testimony to them.
• Tarshish, #8659, a yellow jasper gemstone, literally, ‘the place of the
stone’.
• Meres, #4825, lofty, worthy.
• Marsena, #4826, a worthy man.
• Memucan, #4462, dignified.

Understanding the times, caused them to see “an illustrious Star that was a
testimony to them that, at the Place of the Stone, was a lofty, worthy, dignified
man! Could this refer to the Stone of Jacob a.k.a. the Stone (Stone of Scone) in
the Most Holy Place upon which the Anti-Messiah would sit in place of
YHVH? Incidentally, they saw this kings’ face! Hmmmm?

Enter Mordecai, #4782; Strong’s has it ‘worshipper of Mars’. However, the

Sages teach it is from Mere Dachya – Pure Myrrh!

Son of Jair, son of Shimei, son of Kish a Benjamite.

• Jair, #2971, he enlightens. The Sages call him the son who enlightens the
eyes of Israel with his prayer.
• Shimei, #8096, from the root of #8088, Shema, heard, the son who’s
prayer is heard.
• Kish, #7027, bent, intertwined, twisted. The Rabbis teach “a son who
knocked on the doors of mercy.

Esther 2:7; ‫תר‬

Hadassah huw Esther. And he (The Aleph-Tav) brought up Hadassah (that is)
Esther…
Each of these gives us a hint that Mordecai is a shadow picture of Messiah
Yahshua, who cares for and nurtures the Bride Esther, #635, star, from
Ostara, Ishtar, Isis and depicts the Brides’ involvement in Pagan practices
where she becomes Hadassah the Myrtle blossom fragrant in her crushing.
Until she is presented by Mordecai/Messiah without spot or blemish to
YHVH!
